完成車紹介「ケーブル内蔵フレームのミニベロ」その１

- 今回から二回に分けて、フレームに三つのケーブルを内蔵したミニベロをご紹介します。
全てのヒロセ車がそうであるように、この自転車もまた、オーナーの夢を具現化した世界でたった一台きりのモデルです。
一回目となる今回は各内蔵ケーブルの経路。そしてフロントバッグアダプターをご紹介します。
なお、製作過程の写真は、オーナーさん自らが記録した中から拝借したものです。
以下映像の流れ、廣瀬氏のコメント内容です。
・後ろブレーキ用ケーブルの経路
ハンドル左のレバーがリアブレーキ。
バーテープの終わったハンドル部分にオリジナルのケーブルアジャスターが設置されている。
ワイヤーはトップチューブの中を通り、一旦外にでて、シートチューブを貫通している。
ブレーキ台座の位置はブレーキが一番効率的に働く位置に取り付けるのだが、シートステーに取り付けるのには幅が広すぎる。
直線のブリッジではタイヤにあたってしまうので、Rを付けたブリッジを作った。
・前変速機用ケーブルの経路
ハンドル左のレバー。
ワイヤーは途中でヘッドチューブに入り、ダウンチューブを経由。BBの後ろ側から出て変速機に至る。
ヘッドチューブの内径は30ミリ。中にあるフォークの直径は25.4ミリ。
そのどちらにも触らないよう、2ミリ程度の隙間をワイヤーが通るよう設計してある。
ケーブルの経路が曲がる部分にはスムーズにワイヤーが動くよう、誘導用の細いパイプを溶接。
・後ろ変速機用ケーブルの経路
ハンドル右のレバー。
途中からトップチューブに入る。
ブレーキ用のワイヤーと接触ないよう細い管がガイドとして入れられている。
このことによりワイヤーの交換も楽な設計。
シートステーと溶接される部分でトップチューブから出て、シートステーの中を経由。
シートステー上部には、断面図がY字の受け口が作られている。
ワイヤーが通しやすくかつスムーズに動くように。
・オリジナルのフロントバッグアダプター
走行中衝撃があってもバッグが外れないよう、ストッパーが取り付けられている。
バッグを外しやすいよう、指を入れる取っ手がつけられている。
取っ手の大きさはオーナーさんの指の太さにあわせ、握り心地が良くなるよう上辺の棒だけ太く設計。
次回は実際に変速機を動かしている所と、ケーブル以外の注文工作部分をご紹介します。

This channel is covered, filmed, edited and updated solely by Tatsuro Inagaki, who is one of Hirose's customers. For several years until March 2020, Tatsuro has been an assistant in addition to interviewing.
Anyway this is a voluntary channel of the individual, and is not produced by the store for publicity purposes. Tatsuro have permission and cooperation from Hirose, but have not received any production costs. It depends only on the number of views.

Beautiful bike. Is the bike available for sale?
This is a order bicycle for one person. Mr.Hirose only make order bicycles. And he doesn't have particular models. Every bicycle he make is different by the owner.
There are two conditions to order at Hirose.
Directly come to the store and have a firm meeting.
Come back to the shop to get the completed bike.
However, Mr. Hirose is not feeling well now.
He is not currently receiving new orders, but will resume production as soon as he feels well.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Se trata de una minivelocidad muy elaborada, pero con una larga distancia entre ejes y un diseño robusto, es comparable a las bicicletas más grandes.

What is the top speed? 🚴
Is your question maximum speed? Doesn't that depend on the rider?
I believe that this bike was ordered for comfortable cycling. In other words, it was not ordered for use at a high speed range. And as is always the case with Hirose bicycles, it should be made with a balance of rigidity and comfort that takes into account the owner's weight and muscle strength.

This is an order construction. The craftsman who made it is already dead. I have no way of knowing the price.

@@etsonagarin1841 That's impossible. This is a custom bicycle ordered by a specific individual and is unique in the world. And the builder who made this passed away in 2020, so there is no one who can make it anymore.
