What is with spinosaurids and their remains being destroyed all the time? First Spinosaurus gets bombed, now Oxalaia gets burned to ashes? These dinosaurs just can’t catch a break can they?
@@kevinnorwood8782 kinda like the two, the goal of the allies was to destroy the Nazi headquarters and German industries, but also to destroy the German cities, more for revenge, mainly the British bomber divisions, to avenge the bombings of British cities.
I love this 2020 edition of the Spinosaurus,and it's only 10:15 minutes,and this is amazing(too bad that Oxalaia,and Sigilmassasaurus aren't excatly their own separated speices,we'll at least Oxalaia.

Nah man they are the same. I mean I liked oxalaia but the conditions aren't the same girafititan. Its sad they are gone but cool we have more spino bones, also is more likely a genus of spino instead a sister taxon.

If an animal has a relative on another continent they still wouldn't be synonym since they would have evolved differently due to their individual isolation. Also i think its too soon to accept oxalia as a spino synonym but since oxalias only remains were destroyed so until more remains are found we shouldn't make them synonyms

@@tnb4509 yeah, I know, did say that this is unlikely, i mean there could still be something out there waiting to be uncovered, but i don't really fell like this would even be called a T-rex if something this big would be uncovered, it's like twice as big as the usual 8 tonnes (most of the books i had stated T-rex at around this size). Wikipedia isn't really that good of a source when it comes to dinosaurs, i've checked and the upper estimate is 14 tonnes but it used to be 18 tonnes like a year ago, 14 tonnes is still too much, someone should really change this to 9 tonnes which we now commonly use.

I did originally pronounce it with the "x" sound, but according to some folks on Discord, pronouncing it with an "sh" sound is more accurate.
