i logged on advancius 4 years ago in 2020 when i just bought minecraft it was my first server but i remeber i had a veteran or somthin different rank but now its gone.. granted i dont play as much anymore
So veteran is the rank given to previous staff members so you probably had “civilian” which is a play time rank earned by how often you play. I will check how many hours you have in game maybe it didn’t automatically give it to you when you hit your hour milestone.
sorry for the delay, I looked up your online time data and its only showing you have 35hours where civilian needs 168hours. I will bump you up to the next playtime rank "Visitor" for now which has a requirement of 48hours.

I dont recognise your username is there somthing different that you went by and what rank of staff were you before?
