sure these products clam it is good for X number of years...but what if a branch rubs it? will it tear? cut? abrade off? survive? are any of these products any good for the brutal heat of the desert? the freezing temps of the north? sure water repent. but hail? strong winds (as in very hard to walk in or just going down the freeways at 75 mph for many hrs on end speeds).
R-400 rubber works the best but everyone has there own opinion on what they like and use don't mean it is the best 40 years in the business and don't get over 104 degrees check it out.
I used flex seal on my old camptrailer around pipe vents and any place water may get in 5 years ago and hasn't leak yet so what's your complaint or experience with it ?
There was no review, no technical information on why one product is better on certain surfaces than the other. This is just a list of products and one big commercial for them. When I clicked on the video, I thought it had promise at first.
It seems to me this video is not telling the truth and selling only for company’s that pay to sell there product . Think camping world may be backing this one. Yea pay 250 a five too no thanks
You have to be kidding. Didn’t even come close to reviewing the best brands. OMG, You didn’t mention Henrys, or APCO, both of these products blow away any of you you showed. Terrible video!
People do not use Henry TropiCool for your Camper Roofs. Once coated this stuff is a dirt magnet and your roof will look like crap all the time. Also you will not be able to use any type of sealants over it to seal around your vents, etc that require yearly sealing. Your roof will look good and brand new for a week or two right after sealing, after that you are in for a headache. Don't ruin your camper roofs with this crap there are acrylic based alternatives out there that are way better than this stuff.
we tried these coatings not a fan of water based coatings. our shop use rv roof magic. company is the real deal. 10 year warranty & the product is a solvent-based coating so it will chemically bond to our customers roofs; very different chemistry than the others. Compare the data sheets and you have your answer also any product be sure it is ASTM certified
I'm sure that whatever half-assed AI produced this video has vast experience out in the camping world... [Not]. Thumbs-down for this lazy attempt at a video.
No mention of Henry?
These are all good except for the flex seal, it shouldn’t even be on this list.

just use commonsense, inspect your roof more often and do maintenance etc. you will be just fine.
I'm sorry, did I miss the review portion of this list?
I’m going to waterproof the roof, waterproof the roof.
Your links are not working. Thanks for the info
Gaco roof coating is much better than all those. I have used them all.
Thanks!
Ya I agree this guy is getting paid, What a joke.
Gaco is premium, a 50 year warranty if i remember correctly
Marlin roof coatings is also good choice.

Do your research; Dicor is a 2 Part coating system. There are advantages to each product shown, but this was no worthwhile review.

I sprayed flex seal on my roof. It was all completely cracked within 6 months.
What state do you live in? Did you apply during super hot or cold weather? I need to seal mine and want a good option.
