Yes, only about 35kg. With a folding frame and little wheels they are harder to rider than a proper bike but stupid good fun. Totally legal on the road but you need to be nuts.
@@irishflyer6377 DCT? I've been looking at Teneres. Good, but no second hand market yet and there is an acknowledged problem with the exhaust mounting. Africa Twins were my next port of call.

t sambar I believe the mirror is original spec for these, I guess it’s because with narrow handlebars you need the mirror as far out as possible to have any rear view.

Ideal... pop it in the boot of your car... go to the pub and get leathered . Take the little bike out and drive home! Coz it's much more fun on a bike when yer hammered !
Think of it as an alternative to walking not to a full motorcycle. With small wheels and a simple folding frame it stability is very basic and you really wouldn't want to go over about 30MPH (45KPH) which the little 50cc is able to do. In many European countries there are lesser regulations below 50cc, some case you don't even need a Motorcycle Licence. It is however great fun and even 30mph sure beats walking.
@@irishflyer6377 sure all that, but, id like one as the practicality of using it to collect and drop of vehicles would be really good. But i have mopeds, they get about but 30mph is just dangerous on most of the roads near me, at 50mph you have a chance of keeping up with traffic safely
@@missionDan If your on faster roads then I don't thing this is a good option, it's great in cities and towns but not open roads at 50MPH, I think it would be unsafe, even if you upgraded the engine. I know Honda made a different style folding scooter that might be more stable but I've never tried one.
In my view fun but to you junk, that's OK. I fully agree it not a practical bike but I own and ride 6 Motorcycles at the moment, the biggest is an Africa Twin and the oldest is from 1969. All are very different and to me all fun in their own way.

@@GavCritchley General road riding, touring or when carrying a pillion. I also do some of the easy dry lanes but the 225 and 400 are better for these.
