    Leaf mustard 1.6kg, soy sauce 500ml (2½ cups), mirin 200ml (1 cup), vinegar 300ml (1½ cups), myeolchi aekjeot 3T, sugar 300ml (250g) (1½ cups), water 1L (5 cups)

    ✨ Leaf mustard jang-ajji.
    1. After cleaning the leaf mustard, wash it.
    2. Put 500ml soy sauce, 200ml mirin, 300ml vinegar, 3T myeolchi aekjeot, 300ml (250g) sugar, and 1L water and boil.
    3. As soon as it boils, pour over the leaf mustard.
    4. Press on top and cool completely.
