I see Mr. Underhill is an Inventor with many patents. This is SO brilliant! I've looked at every Edger on the market and stumbled on this video. WOW. Please let us know if and when this edger will be on the market?
Kendawg! This thing is awesome! I know a lot of landscapers would kill for this machine. The time they’d save would pay them back in no time. Glad to see your design came to fruition. Miss ya, bud!
Seems like that thing would be a game changer in marrying new turf to existing turf. It would create a smooth level transition. I am a huge bed edge definer. My lawns are light years cleaner than anyone else’s work. I get customers just off how we do our edges on every inch of every transition. I am a edges hedges all crisp like someone popped a string line on them. Cause I actually do pull string lines on all my straights. I measure and radius every bed by using string line protractors and paint gun. Then run my bed edge redefiner along my painted lines.
I like this unit but had to have something. Bought a used ez trencher from a mom and pop rental store. Its well, well worn but a couple belts, filters, oil and it works like a champ. $600. Certainly better than digging by hand. Can go all the way around a house in 8 minutes. Rake in the soil ready for mulch or needles.
Thank you so very much for your interest, but at this time I cannot respond. I am keeping very close tabs on potential customer responses and as soon as allowed, will respond to the EDGE’s future direction. Please keep sending me your EDGE thoughts and questions and I will respond when allowed. Thanks, Ken Underhill
UPDATE: I called the manufacturer and they told me they are not going to be producing this model after failed attempts at getting it to work in all soil types. This video was filmed in softer soils of Pennsylvania, and they couldn't get it to work in the tougher soils of the south. This would most likely be referring to heavy-clay soils.
The concept is brilliant bigger engine same concept everything would have to be upgraded. Price would probably have to in crease 50% but what's the original price?
I’m am interested in buying one of these and would like information... I don’t see any recent comments so I’m wondering if these are now being produced. Regardless, I’d love some information on purchasing if avail please. Thank you!
You will become super rich from this, it's amazing!!! I'll have to get one, all my friends will want one then! Need any testers / sales reps in Southern IL ??
Wish I had one of these, even just to rent one! I have no landscaping and my husband is disabled. It would be nice to have something to help me work on it with less strain. Very nice :)
I just saw this the other day and showed it to my wife and she said buy it! I went searching h for it on line and all I find is links to this video. Bro, you need to sell the patent to some company so they can make it OR sell your instructions on how to make one our selves! Either way I’m dying to own one. All the other edgers out there don’t hold a candle to this! Please let us know how we can buy one or build one ourselves.
Would love to add this to our equipment list, We have 3 edgers right now, a Little Wonder Bed Shaper, ECHO re- definer and some other type but the Little Wonder keeps bringing the beds out further, the ECHO doesn't like to work in wetter conditions and the other one just takes too long. Would love some info.
I think everyone’s got and posted the same question. Where can I purchase one of these edges? What happened to the guy that invented this I’ve emailed this gentleman several times never heard back from anyone.
Don't mow that close to the edge. This is how edging is supposed to be. A lot of landscapers edge wrong by putting mulch or pine needles directly up to the edge, when in reality you aren't supposed to. This causes the grass to grow back in to the edge. Take a weed eater and get the last 3-4 inches of the edge instead of dropping your tire in to it
I work for a small landscaping company we use an edge r rite II and the self propel on it broke and its about 20 uears old is this for sale if so were can we get one
Ken are you still associated with this winner of a machine. If you are where ie it marketed, would like to get one for my large formal garden yk that has lots of beds to be maintained. Some feed back would be helpful.
I'm looking all over for this online and I can't find anything.. I can't find anything of it even being a thing . Except for this video...and let alone being for sale .. anywhere..

I am a 50 year old gardener that has a lot of beds. Never saw a machine work so well. Wish I could own one.
I keep coming back just to watch this
Because it's so awesome and I want one!

Where were you with this when I was 10 in 1970 doing this by hand with a shovel bigger than me!?! You are a gardening god!

Yup.. A professional that knows lawn care.. keep up your good work 👍

That looks amazing with minimal spread of soil and yet, easier than the use of a spade or edging blade
I'm ready to buy one as I look at the daunting task of hand shoveling my beds this spring
I'd love one of those. Our rental shops up here really suck.
Excellent product. Looking forward to getting one if price competitively vs. a STIHL or ECHO Bed redefiners.

Would you like to sell me one?
Looks like a great machine any word on when it’s coming on the market. Is it held up by licensing problems?
Hey ken what is your contact info I have to get one of these
I’m definitely interested, what’s the potential price?
Ken Underhill where can I get one?
I like to buy a few for my company to I saw your video this is the best I have seen on you tube! Please let us know when goes into production!
This cannot be real! The cut is so clean and the dirt is spreaded as you edge. I want one too!
I worked for a man that made me hand edge every inch, I bet this takes a fraction of the time with really clean cuts

Thats what I was wondering. The soil in this video looks so soft and loose. Here in Ohio it's dense and contains a lot of clay.
Well hell man put a bigger engine on it and let's get to work!

@@michaelshelide3450 It's been a year now, but I think I remember him saying it was already $1,200 or more.

This is nice for re-edging existing edges in Spring cleaups. Will be a time saver. How much for 2 Units?

Ken, This is amazing. Are you looking for investors?
I would buy 3 of these when are you deciding to produce something
Where can I get this? Need it badly.
Nice! how do I keep the walk behind mower's wheels from falling into the trench?
