Watched your video twice and it’s time to do it. Will be my first time working with cork. I also have watched Country Cow’s videos so will post when finished on both sites. Thanks for help.
What a wonderful tutorial. Yours was much better than the one provided by the maker of this bag. It took me awhile to figure out everything, but my bag turned out wonderful. My only wish was that you had your video time stamped. Thanks so much!
thankyou Siah , your bag is beautiful love your choice of fabrics , and i love how your slip pocket pattern matched up when you folded it so it doesnt look like it is there, I love Country Cow Designs Pattern, theyre unique, Jo does a fantastic job designing her bags, I havent made a bag for months, but Jo's patterns make me want to start making them again
the color combo is just fab. I've just found your channel while watching another great bag maker. I love the style, the size and all the unique pockets, I don't buy many bag patterns, 1 or 2 a year, have this now on my bucket list. I'll be back, you do a great job.
You did a great job with this - the bag is just gorgeous! I bought the pattern last week, but I'm tied up with quilting right now. As soon as I'm done with the quilting I've got lined up, I'm going to make some of these. She does such interesting designs, and you put the perfect materials together. 👍
Kassiah! Wow! love this pattern. I bought it last month before I knew you were going to make it. Coincidentally, I chose the same exterior, but I’m rethinking that...too many choices. I can’t wait to get started. Thank you for another great video.
Really nice colors you chose. I have the outside of the Lomexa bag done, but unfortunately I am unable to sew right now due to back trouble. Hope to get back to it soon. Really enjoy your videos.
Lovely bag, I wish we had a Hawthorne threads in the uk, as the fabrics you have are stunning. Love the arrow one reminds me of the old films with the prisoners
Oh my, I think that is probably the most gorgeous handbag I've ever seen! Great job and great video. You've inspired me to want to try to tackle one myself! :)
This bag is very nice and your workmanship is superb....though, the width of the handles is a bit disproportionate...... they are to narrow considering the size of a bag and size of the rings ... The hardware and colors chosen go together great....very enjoyable tutorial as always....thank you
Kassiah, I would like your opinion on eliminating the foam, using a lighter interfacing and thereby making a bag that is more floppy than structured. Sandy
Wonderful video - you make it look so easy. How many bags do you recommend making before trying this one? I want to make it for my 45 year old daughter as a Christmas gift. Which bag do you recommend making (not a grocery tote please?) for my first bag. When will the hardware kit be available again for the Lomexa? Last important question - Can I make this bag and your other tutorial bags on my Bernina 770qe? Judi
I would recommend doing a couple of beginner patterns first, like a tote or makeup bag. There are so many out there, good place to ask would be on my facebook group SiahSwagBags. The Lomexa kit will be back in stock hopefully in the next two or three weeks. I am not knowledgable when it comes to all the different machine models... Im so sorry. .Again a good place to ask would be on my facebook group. Lots of helpful people over there!
Love the bag and your excellent teaching method! Your straight stitching is just BEAUTIFUL. Where did you get the device you punched the holes for the rivets? It looks so easy to use and I want one!!!! Thanks!
Oh my!! That is lovely! This just stresses to me that I really NEED to get a rivet press!! This bag and the other you uploaded yesterday made me make the press a priority. You do such lovely work - I'm seeing you mentioned more and more at other websites. You so deserve lots of recognition! Thank you for sharing this.
A lot of great features , I still don’t get why you could not sew the zipper on the zipper panel pieces first like a normal recess zipper and the attach the lining pieces after ?
Thanks for the video...Went to your site...many things sold out...denim tape , square zipper pulls, ends, etc...do you have a date for restock I want to place a large order and only pay shipping once...Thanks...you have some unique hardware selections Thanks...Barb
I finally learnt how to put in a zip properly thanks to you. On this bag, do you put the rivets on first with the rings or after they being sewn in please?
When did you add your foam? I totally missed that part! I think my sewing mind is gone these days, I am always forgetting something, even when watching a video!
This is beautiful. I have a question reg how you put the inner and outer parts together. Is it depending on the pattern or does it not matter? Sometimes it’s inner inside outer or outer inside inner and then you pull through. Just wondering ☺️
Thanks so much Kassiah 🥰 your Lomexa is stunning!
You are an amazing pattern designer Jo! ❤️
@@SiahSwag you’re too kind 🥰

Thank you, want to do the time stamps for me?🤣. I’m a one woman show and just haven’t had the time to do that on my videos yet 😊
Bought the pattern! As well as hardware from your site. Loving the new hair colour!

Hope you heal soon!❤️
How does sheepskin sew up on a domestic (a more heavy duty domestic)? Is it doable? How thick is it compared to a marine vinyl?
Lovely bag, I wish we had a Hawthorne threads in the uk, as the fabrics you have are stunning. Love the arrow one reminds me of the old films with the prisoners
Thank you! 😊
FYI Hardware kit not available as of this time: 10/31/2022. Thanks for the tutorial.
Great bag! Love your watch strap!
This one is pretty cool...loved the card slot pockets trick..niceeeee ...Lindy
Right?!?!
Oh my, I think that is probably the most gorgeous handbag I've ever seen! Great job and great video. You've inspired me to want to try to tackle one myself! :)
Oh thank you so much!!
No longer sells the hardware kit; looks like you need to get everything separate. But she has all of it.

I just try to follow how the pattern is written on the tutorials, you can totally change it up! Thanks for watching!
Kassiah,

Where can I find that awesome hole punch?

Love it! Beautiful!!!
Thank you! 😊
Luv it, thanks so much
A lot of great features , I still don’t get why you could not sew the zipper on the zipper panel pieces first like a normal recess zipper and the attach the lining pieces after ?
You probably could but I like to follow the pattern as written so it’s easier for people to understand and follow along
Love this bag...went to get hardware...I see you are out of stock. Are you restocking or do I need to order individual items?
I am out of the 1 inch strap ends for the kit, so won’t be restocking the kit for a while. But I have all other items in stock!
Thanks for the video...Went to your site...many things sold out...denim tape , square zipper pulls, ends, etc...do you have a date for restock I want to place a large order and only pay shipping once...Thanks...you have some unique hardware selections Thanks...Barb
Yes I am in the process of reorder. Hopefully within the next two to three weeks should be in stock
@@SiahSwag Thanks order lots you are so popular!!!
I finally learnt how to put in a zip properly thanks to you. On this bag, do you put the rivets on first with the rings or after they being sewn in please?
After you sew them into place just like I did on the video
Have you ever used the twill from Hawthorne Supply?
No I haven’t!
What a great bag and video! Thank you! I LOVE that rose fabric! What type of fabric is it? There are so many selections! LOL! 😭😂
If I am using it for the outside I choose cotton canvas 😊
Love it!
Kaddish, would this work as a drop in lining? Beautiful bag!
Yes, definitely
When did you add your foam? I totally missed that part! I think my sewing mind is gone these days, I am always forgetting something, even when watching a video!
This was so long ago but I think I basted it on after the exterior front and back as pieced together 😊
This is beautiful. I have a question reg how you put the inner and outer parts together. Is it depending on the pattern or does it not matter? Sometimes it’s inner inside outer or outer inside inner and then you pull through. Just wondering ☺️
Please tell me where you get your foam for interfacing? Thank you
What is the tool you used to punch the rivet holes?
Here is the amazon link INNETOC Adjustable Japanese Screw... www.amazon.com/dp/B017MMP19S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Schade das es die Schnitte von dir nicht auf deutsch gibt ,die sehen so toll aus
Beautifully done ! As always ! Q: are using a regular needle ? Or does the sheepskin require a leather needle ?
I use a size 18 needle for this one..
I love your new hole punch. Where did you get it and what's it called?
