My apologies for anyone confusion. The hairpiece is not included, when I said “now we have Zane’s hairpiece in black” I was referring to it as since my CMF Series released, we also have the hairpiece. It works perfectly. But it’s super easy to get! The hairpiece can be added from Shop @ Home on Pick a Brick.
@@AdamAdver but what’s the point of putting helmet holes in if your just gonna put the in the wrong place, it’s disappointing out of Lego. I do get your point tho.
@@NitroGeneration. ngl I wish they just had the helmet holes to begin with. It wouldnt be as much of a problem if the 501st troops got them but then the smaller battle pack came out and they dont look right next to eachother

Finally someone who likes the helmet holes but also acknowledges the not great printing on the top of the helmets!! That’s why you’re one of my fav lego creators!!
Surprised it took this long to get this set but I'm here for it! It's one of those sets that if you really wanted to you could army build and make a huge diorama with tons of connecting hallways. I liked the dark trooper set but this one is so much more essential to Star Wars.
I really love the set! The only thing i wish was improved upon was the shape of the shoulder fabric. I have the arc trooper hammer and his ones are perfection, if they made five's like that id find the figure perfect
Yes, the Fives minifig has some flaws, but overall it is great, especially the face print! Different than the Dark trooper set, this sets just shouts "Buy more of me!". Get some additional pieces, and you can create one big playsdet with different scenes. ^^
I personally don’t mind the helmet, I know the printing looks bad, but it doesn’t really bother me that much. The printed Kama I won’t defend that thing looks horrible to me, but, I’m just gonna add a GCC kama and helmet, other then that I think it look good
So basically, you say, by atleast eight of them, if not fourteen. A long hall way, a short hallway, the side halways and the level below it. One with the Vader assault, one with Leia giving R2-D2, the blueprints. Now the question, how does it look combined with that Imperial hallway?
Do you think it'd be viable to use the parts from a second one to make a roof and second wall for the hallway? You could get so many cool shots of the build facing down the hallway.
Never thought of doing that! I’m sure you could. Thing is though like when you saw me stack them, it gets dark. And that’s with my studio lights shining.
I love the fives figure and i love helmet holes because im able to customize clones. Was thinking of putting the microbionculars on him like he had on umbara
Gonna buy two of these and put Clone Army Customs helmets on them...Fives and Echo. Then put em with my small 501st squad. If they ever provide us with an Echo ARC trooper I'll update him. Until then, him and his brother are sharing bodies. Really hoping for the main named 501st troopers in the near future (Jessie, Hardcase, Tup, Kix...maybe even a Dogma and Appo).
At least with Appo, if you want to do his Revenge of the Sith look, you can just use a regular 501st trooper since Appo looked identical to his men when he confronted Bail Organa at the Jedi Temple.
If You have the dark troopers one, You can connect all of them together and make it look as if Vader and his company were going from star destroyer, just an idea
So glad to see I'm not the only one who doesn't mind the helmet holes that much. Are they ugly? Yes. Could they have been handled better? I think so. But people saying they completely ruin the minifigure are severely overreacting.
If anyone wants a new hope style Vader just get the rebels Vader minifig the torso print has the cloak covering the armour detail and pretty much looks perfect if you put it in the tantive IV hallway set
I will only be buying one for now, but the ideas are really cool and I'd like to do one some day, only other problem is my idea to display it next to the Midi Scale Tantive IV, could even eventually MOC it up and make it look smoother so the hallway is more display worthy And yes, the helmet hole debate is very silly, lmao, my problem is the printing but I also don't care about Fives so I can't exactly complain, but I can understand the backlash
I'm thinking someone should make an perfect layout replica of the LEGO Star Wars TCS Secret Plans level with all these hallways. Even without Rebel Friend.
That fives helmet is brutal, I can’t get over it, 9/10 figure but that helmet drops it to a 4/10 for me Thank god the printing isn’t washed out like last years fox 😩
12:49 go back to 2013 and look at clone trooper pilot from 75021: Republic Gunship set, it's perfectly printed helmet w/o any gaps, why lego could do good prints 11 year ago and now they can't? just one example and I am sure there is more.
It's ok for people to dislike the helmet holes just like its ok for people to like them! Move on lol Also, yes mirroring these builds looks great, its what MandR showed in his vid and I like it much better than how Lego has you do it
Hei,is the hair for fives actually included? From every other review I've seen there was no hair. If you added it from your collection you should've specified it to not confuse people
I misspoke. When I said “we’ve got Zane’s hair in black” I meant like now days, in comparison to my series, we have the hair. But no, sadly it is not included
In my opinion the helmet holes are bad. It needs an update. It should be like the mandalorian helmet and the phase 1 helmet, with one hole. The hole is way too far up and makes it look so awkward.
I always pronounced it "Tan-tiv Four" until I heard someone say "Tan-ti-vee Four", then I look it up. It turns out the ship is named after an animal in the Star Wars galaxy that's name is spelled tantive but pronounced "tan-ti-vee". This is not something even a hardcore fan of the movies would know if they haven't delved into outside media, so I thought it was worth pointing out.
Sorry but I have to disagree. The helmet holes look awful. I agree that whining about it is stupid but not acknowledging it and saying “they’re fine” purely out of spite is just as stupid
They are fine. Sometimes sacrifices have to be made for things to work. Ie. the helmet accessories. Walk with me for a second. Imagine that instead of having helmet holes. Every character who has accessories on the helmet instead got a new piece or mold. With either the visor or hole in a different place. You know what would happen? The costs for the sets would exponentially go up and then people would complain even more than they already are about the price
@Ashnflash Price is going up anyway lol But if they made them look amazing, then it would give people a good reason to pay more. Quality matters to many collectors.
These 'ideas' are kinda pathetic because they're not thought through very well. It's like your 65% there, then got sidetracked and decided to leave it at that… very underwhelming
How'd I get side tracked? I did LEGO's version, then showed that you can swap the 1x12 bricks, showed how to simply fix the door, and then stacked them. The only one I didn't show an actual connection with was the L shape. And that'd require bricks outside of this set.
My apologies for anyone confusion. The hairpiece is not included, when I said “now we have Zane’s hairpiece in black” I was referring to it as since my CMF Series released, we also have the hairpiece. It works perfectly.

Just though of another way to combine the two, build one of them but mirrored. This way you can have one long hallway that only one side
"I think I'm allergic to the stupidity of complaining about helmet holes" So real for that! 😂
Also, finally! Someone who doesn’t complain about helmet holes!

i’m curious if there’s a way to fold the fabric pauldron into its actual shape
If you take off the tattoo on fives, that headsculpt could definitely pass for Poe Damuran’s dad. Put it on an Endor trooper body

Well you could just resell the Antilles, Vader and Fives. Everyone deserves to have a Fives in their collection.

My only complaint about the set is Fives ‘ helmet. BUT I can always order a replacement from clone army customs
