Notice the threading of the machine was from the bottom up to keep the leader off of the floor. Also the archival practice of using lots of run down leader so the projectionist never handles the film anywhere near the lab's printed countdown. That's true expert film handling in this video. I don't recognize the projectionist, but you should absolutely credit the guy for knowing his stuff.
Hi FT, I was thinking the exact same thing, once I finished recording the threading segment of the video, I remember saying "many people are going to be very happy that you threaded it from the bottom to protect the leader". So I'm glad you picked up on that. Jayson's name is credited at the end of the video :) Thanks for commenting on the video, FT Depot, much appreciated!
Hi Andrew, The 35mm print was the 2nd cleanest print I've ever seen. It had only been projected about 2 or 3 times before, so it sure did look amazing! The cleanest print I've ever seen is the unrestored 70mm print of 2001 a space odyssey. Hardly any bits of dirt or dust and not a single scratch was on it. Thanks for commenting, Andrew, glad you enjoyed the video!

I thought exactly the same. Kudos to this projectionist!
Beautiful. Wish I could see this in person.
