I am going to give you a gentle virtual slap on the wrist here. As a fellow hot and humid country dweller I do not leave the house without water, especially if I were going to be out for a long time. Please keep a bottle of water in your bag whenever you go on one of you adventures!
I forgot my water that day but you are soooo right 😭 I’ve learned that lesson the hard way 😂 never again!!
I love going to Korea. Been there twice and I still feel like I wanna go there. The convenience stores there are *chefs kiss* and kudos to you for being so confident of taking the train all by yourself. I could never! Haha.

As a language teacher, can I suggest: watching lots of Korean tv, even if it is kid’s stuff or something easily accessible? Also, many universities have programs where you can be matched with a buddy to language learn- I bet there are plenty of Korean students wanting to practice English! 💜 I did that in Indonesia and it was so useful

Oh my goodness Hermione, what a beautiful video, I love when you take us on walks through this beautiful city, I love the garden with all of the lanterns, I also loved the homeware stores there were so many wonderful things and I would have loved buying many things, I just love your videos they are so much fun. So great that you are familiar with Korean and can carry on a basic conversation, being in a different country if it is not English it is so good to learn the language. A fun thing to do in Seoul is go to a jjimjilbang - a bathhouse and sauna. It’s really relaxing and cheap, and you can stay for ages, there’s lots to do.
"I went to a warehouse in Silvertown E16 called Thrift factory Kilo sale !!
They had a massive selection you could spend a whole day there.
They only allow some people to pick and choose as they are really exporting mostly. but They also do events , thrift factory £10 per kilo
You need a strong back to go through the clothes as mostly in cages and trollies.
But it was worth it as many where Brand new with Tags...

Hermione, I enjoyed the Video, take a trick out of the locals and buy a bright parasol Would you consider having your hair cut I could see you with a shaggy bob , something that takes the weight off the hair.but still allows you to put it up
