What a brave experiment 👏 Didn't know people were experimenting with fantasy on film 115 years ago. Well done adaptation, sets, special effects, costumes, everything ! 👏☮ Really good. Tyvm
Beautiful sound track, music 🎶 is very emotional.great theme,I was in the ballet, and played the part Peter Rabbit ,lol..I was heavy on the feet, perfect clown.long time ago.thanks for your sharing.
Walt Disney would've loved to see the movie 🍿🎥 Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas ☃️🎄 Go HUG someone today IF they're been vaccinated or not 🚫 Blessings and Hugs 💖💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕!
You have to understand the relationship people had with film back then. It wasn't considered art or anything like that. It only existed to be entertaining. Like a comic strip.
The technology for film making was quite rough and very much still in it's infancy at the time. Many people were still experimenting with it. That's why silent films from a 100+ years ago look so strange and uncanny.
NOT only DID NITRATE FILM FLICKER AND SKIP, IT ALSO BRURNED AT HIGH VELOCITY AND HIGH TEMPERATURES !! NITRATE FILM BURNED DOWN AN ENTIRE MOVIE STUDIO IN NEW JERSEY IN THE 1930's, I THINK? DO SOME RESEARCH THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND! THE SKIPPING YOU ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT IS THE NATURE OF VINEGAR BASED. SILVER NITRATE FILM.
It is always interesting to see silent film, whether on a cinema or home screen. However, all older film should be re-presented in its original format. This video file has been up-scaled from its original scan format, and should be seen in 4:3 ratio.
Terrible songs! Does NOT fit the film at all! If Walt Disney was in a grave he would turn around. Luckily for you, he was cremated. I advise you, to do the same with this video!
I love the music found for this film. Its enchanting.
The animal costumes are very well done.

The 1880s version is also good. this one is better, it's clearfu a film as opposed to a recording of vignettes from a wonderful childrens' holiday
The music is uplifting.
Wow this is so amazing!! I love it. Thank you for posting it.
Thank you for this. It's a gift to be able to watch ⌚ 🐰🐇 📚📖 so enchanted and whimsical.
This is the first 🥇 time I've seen Alice in Wonderland Silent 😶 version! The Disney version came out in 1951!
Questionable decision to cut the original 4:3 format just so it fits 16:9, but the music is a really nice addition.
I enjoyed this so much THX
So enchanting
i have the cyril ritchard classic complete collection on (4) LP records. it was an inheritance gift. lucky me!
Free Music! Public domain after a hundred years!
ONLY FOR 100 YEARS? THAT'S ALL?
THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!
No it’s not because of this 19:42
FUNNY, HOW THE BUNNY HAS HUMAN HANDS. SO CUTE!
Walt Disney could've used it to make an animated movie 🍿🎥!
Thanks for doing that ^^
I turned the sound off. Liked it a lot better.
Iconic 💚 💚
Is this the real music of this 1915 film?
Does it sound like the music then time?
No. And most, if not all films in that period wouldn't have had any specific music written for them.
I... I would not follow That Rabbit...

COMPLETET WITH THE 1865 STYLE BOOK.
Why the screen is like shaking or vibrating?
Were movies all like this back that time?
How could people continue watching a film to the end?
