As per the rules of the UN, when a nation demarcates its boundary and new nations are born out of it, the previously demarcated boundary becomes the new border i.e the british demarcated the Durand Line back in 1893, after Pakistan's independence in 1947, the Durand Line became the Pak-Afghan border. Afghanistan is a member of the UN and it is beyond comprehension how it still weeps for a clearly demarcated border which it itself is a party to.
