Yeah i know the comment is over 3 yeara old. But when you get a brand new mivv xcone, the baffel has a popnite in it. So you have to have metal drill to get it out. But the sound it makes... Is worth the effort
I got my baffle in.. But I've got a blackwidow on my hornet and it's deep enough with it in.. From stock to blackwidow the sound is amazing.. I'll do a video soon and show you or add it and your see.
Honda did have some cam chain tensioner problems with the engines around this model year, so check for knocking noises from the right side of the engine. The down pipes and collets tend to be very susceptible to corrosion, get right up in there and give it a good check. Other than that aim for a good service history over lower milage and jobs a gooden. P.S if buying from a private seller dont let them rush you though it, if they are overly chatty its usually because they will be trying to get you to over look something.
The neighbors were definitely happy.
I need these!! Love that you can take the baffle out so easily

have you changed carbs setting for this exhaust?
Amazing sound, imagine how it will be on 1000cc :P

Size doesnt impact the sound....

How did you get the db killer out? Did you just drill out the rivet?
Yes, its really easy. Then I replaced it with a small nut and bolt so I can put the db killer back in if I need to.
Is this a slip-on or a full exhaust?
nice bike! i used to have a 99' 599 , then i upgraded to a 02' 919
both awesome
is the exhaust with the catalytic converter?
no you have to buy that separate.... but I think nobody does that ;)
what main jet do you have in carburetors? 115/110?
Top mano 👌
nice belly pan mate . where did u get it from?
Pyramid plastics, they have a website and do things for most bikes
0:56 / 1:57 😍
do i need to readjust the carburetor?
No, plug'n'play! Powerband gous up in rpm little bit from my experience. Hardly notice any difference in terms of power change.
What forum did you use?
