I used Cadmium Free Yellow, Permanent Rose, Purple, Payne's Grey, and Black for this tutorial painting. I used Canson coldpress watercolor paper and Princeton round brushes in sizes 6, 2, and 16.

I love the saturated sky, much layering indeed! Although I've never been, desert sunsets are among my favorite subjects to paint.
