Some retailers can sell and ship from overseas for less than buying from a North American retailer. If you are willing to do your research, you can find great deals. You have a beautiful pen!

1. Congrats and welcome to Team Sailor! The good news is you just got yourself a fabulous pen, and at about half price. The bad news is that the 21kt nib on the Pro Gear full size is even better. And let's not even talk about the King of Pen...
2. Be sure to wipe it clean after filling, so as not to stain the white plastic. Some folks even fill the convertor with a syringe, to avoid that risk.

I have the same Peo Gear Slim. It calls "meigetsu". It means Autumn Moon. And these Shikiori 14k nib only comes in Medium Fine nib.

I love Sailors! And don't worry, I have a hard time editing my videos too to upload them hahah!! One of these days...but I love Sailors! I have this one too, Autumn Moon is so pretty! If you bought it from the same amazon seller, which I believe there is really only one or two of them anyways on Amazon for this pen, they are legit, it's just that when you buy directly from Japan, you are paying their original price (and not the upped cost that American retailers have to add onto their sales). You don't get the USA warranty, however, and since you don't live in Japan, their warranty won't be useful to you. You are paying for import and retail service prices when you don't buy directly from Japan.
I absolutely loveeee how your video was able to capture the beautiful sound of the feedback. It's so lovely xD because it writes sooooo well that the feedback is letting you know, "I'm doing my job, you're only getting gorgeous lines" haha
Oh, also, I looked up the names, The Amazon seller kind of throws all the names together xD The four pens in this Shikiori set are: Haruzora (Spring sky) - the metallic light blue one, Manyo (Leaves) - the metallic green, Meigetsu ([Autumn] Moon) - the ivory one you have, and Shizuri Yuki (Snowfall) - the white one with red glitter. Hope that helps!

Wish I could have access to more of their pens to purchase directly from japan! But definitely happy with this pen, it is so lovely! 🥰

A little suggestion, if you don’t mind, close your ink bottle asap. Spills happen so often Lolol. And, I believe that is a medium fine nib. You can see the letter engraved on the nib as .
Ahh yes I normally do, was distracted and forgot to close it. It happens sometimes! Thank you, I checked the nib with a loop and finally see it says MF. I was looking in the center but it was off to the side. Thanks again! 😊
