@@LawVenture Your videos inspired me to have a crack at my own firm right out of the gate from law school. I'm doing my business plan now actually. If you have any views on document automation, that would be particularly interesting. I think I'm going to pay the $600-1,500 for MyCase or Clio, in part for the intake and case management, but mostly for the document automation integration. I think I heard you say in another vid you had automated Google Forms somehow? I'd be interested in hearing more about that and what kind of automation where you able to put in place. My understanding is MyCase will do automation for the codes you put in a template document, but Clio will also allow you to automate conditional logic (e.g. if client = female then use "she," if not "he"); as far as I'm aware, MyCase does not have funcationality for conditional logic automation.
