Nice to hear about your experiences. Concerns.... there have been so many! Getting clients, billing, getting paid, dealing with unreasonable/high maintenance people, etc. It has definitely gotten better the longer I've practiced though. Step one is to not even take on cases where the person already seems rude/cheap/slightly off. Follow your instincts. Best wishes!
@neda bolourchi You're very welcome! And the plan is to hopefully do an entire course on automation over at LawVenture.com. Stay tuned! Regarding your question, I'm not sure that I'm understanding.
@@LawVenture Thank you PI by Justin. I have dreams of opening my own firm, but am trying to figure how much can/should be automated initially opposed to later.

Yes! In my opinion, filtering during intake is the most important process because taking the wrong case can cause major problems!

@neda bolourchi I have very few books because I can get most my information online or through other lawyers. No need to buy a library! Haha

I wish you'd talk about how you are not scared of not carrying e&o insurance
I know it's a year late, did you ever make a video on automating the office? I know of Clio and Smokeball, but what have used and how?
