"In the end I'm glad you said we're through, I already knew, I just needed to hear it!" This song got me through the hardest time in my life so far. #CULT
Omg, what’s it been 4 months and I can finally hit that note. I love this song but I know that’s the highest note I’ll ever be able to sing without going falsetto. Anthony is amazing! This whole album is fucking golden.
God damn Bayside, thank you for making this song. I am more than likely going to be part of the divorce statistic next year and this has been helping me get through this past week. In the end I’m glad you said we’re through, I already knew , I just needed to hear it!
Vacancy hit hard for me... I moved to where I currently live for my shitty ex boyfriend. When I moved, I knew nobody where I lived even though it was fairly close to my hometown. It took me time, but I eventually kicked him out. It took me time after that to have my space feel like mine, and to not feel resentment towards him - for a variety of reasons. Throughout that, I listened to Vacancy a bunch. I'm sorry you have to relate to this song. As the daughter of divorced parents, I can say, it sucks. hopefully it won't be too intense. Music was the only thing that got me through divorce as a teenager, so no doubt it'll help you too.
Awesome as usual. They don't know to make a bad song. This song reminds me to "They looked like strong hands" (self-titled album) but both are great!!!
There were times I was happy that we met But how could I predict anything that happened? And I'm feeling so numb now I'm feeling so numb now over it Was a time I couldn't quite admit who's to blame for this Can you imagine? Don't get me wrong, I always love new Bayside content. @@Nublet864 I just feel that the songs are a bit repetitive: heavy guitar, some somewhat aggressive singing, and then a guitar solo. I do enjoy how catchy some of the songs are, but I can only take so much of such a similar sound. I feel like it's a step away from the variety of Vacancy, though this album does have that heavy punk-ness to it like their older music, which I enjoy.
@@quinnjamess I totally agree that if somebody doesn't like something, they should make it their own until it's what they want, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't still critique other artists to show what we like and don't like. I still support Bayside and will probably purchase this album, but that doesn't mean I can't express my opinion of it.
@@sctcats Okay that's much clearer I'm not really having any of the problems you're having but you are more within your right to express it. It just kind of irks me when criticism is vague with phrases like "missing something" artists can't really do anything to improve with that.

@@obiwanftw5537 I'm so envious about it, I can't even handle "how could I KNOW" in Devotion&Desire :( nothing above A4, and new songs keep contain C5
This song hits way too close to home, and I can't get through it without crying. But it's also a beautiful song, and holy shit Anthony's vocals...
The contrast between the 4 songs they’ve released so far make me believe this is going to their best album in a while.
I agree
I always find my new anthem on every new Bayside album. From Alchohol and Alter Boys to Numb!!!
I’m honestly pretty excited for this album. I’d heard some of their really old stuff before, but when I heard “Interrobang”, I instantly became a fan.
Loving what I've heard from this new album so far. Cult member for life! ❤

as good as their other albums are, I think this will be their best yet
Everyone who's heard the full album says it's one of their best. Getting really impatient over here.
Kaci Herrera I like cult better.

Can you imagine?
And I'm feeling so numb now
I'm feeling so numb now over it
And I'm no good to you rambling on
I'm sorry
I'm sorry
I'm no good for you so I'm gone
I'm sorry
I'm sorry
That night you invited me back home, you were better off alone
Nursing your spirit
And I'm feeling so numb now
I'm feeling so numb now over it

Should I outlive the sun
And I'm no good to you rambling on
I'm sorry

I'm no good for you so I'm gone
I'm sorry

Now put that energy into creating something instead of spending time typing about how you dont like a piece of subjective art.
Homie you can't even explain your problem with these songs well how's the band supposed to take this if they even read it
