Hi, thanks for all your informative videos!! I've learned the hard way, I personally take all my packages directly to the post office and get a receipt. I choose for the receipt to get emailed to me , saves on paper and I don't lose it😊
I miss your Thursday live shows. I know you’ve been busy moving and getting organized. Do you think the live shows will come back every week or just once in a while?
You could screenshot the tracking info to international buyers and send them the in transit photo with message thanks for your purchase- your item is on the way.
Great informative video, I always keep a copy or a screenshot of the receipt every time until I get feedback, that way I know the buyer has the item and they are happy. Having the receipt saved me a couple of months ago as someone tried a credit card scam on me, that was the first time ever that I had one of those. I had the screenshot of all the delivery info and a photo of delivery at the door by Royal Mail and eBay backed me up, they still got a refund from the credit company. Scammers are everywhere now, and you have to try to keep yourself safe. Hope we see more videos coming soon Don as it was really nice to see you again. Thanks, Don. Charles in the UK
As a new seller myself, I'd like to thank you for your videos They're so informative and helpful to me!!!! One Question: If a buyer asks, do you offer combined shipping for a multi-item order? Can you only offer a new "combibed shipping" invoice in the US (as opposed to international)? Thanks!! ~K
eBay's Global shipping sucks they were charging $68.00 for shipping a 12oz book to Turkey. What the hell $68.00 no wonder we cant make more sales over seas. A few years ago I shipped a Large Jacket 5lb package using eBays Global Shipping to Turkey and the Buyer only had to pay $48 I don't der stand the high cost does anyone know of a better shipping alternative???
I bring my ebay sales to my local post office with prepaid labels I print here and I can't get a receipt, they will scan them in, infront of me and tell me it instantly goes to the cloud and if I look online I can see. I understand that but still baffles me I can't get a receipt, what if something comes up missing, I have zero proof. I can't sit there and get service to check the cloud before I leave. If I purchase label their they will give me a receipt. This guy just being lazy, are they maybe in need of a printer to print that receipt, they can print a paid on site receipt and they are just giving me excuses, I now drive 30 mins away to a post office that will give me a receipt. Back in the late 90s when we were open, getting a receipt was always mandatory.
Prof ! ! Loved the neighbor’s hot air balloon vid! Sent my 1st international pkge this summer-that was a little scary. Thanks and yes miss ya on Thurs eve….I know, I know “join P.” No worries, I know ya miss me too. 😂
Actually, I just shipped something myself to Canada and Bough the label through Endicia. The package had a usps tracking # and it went to Illinois. Then, it goes to Canada with a completely different tracking number. The last time it went to Canada, it took over a month for delivery. The best part was the buyer only lives about 275 miles from me. Just on the other side of Detroit a short distance. I personally thought it was ridiculous how long it took.

My Post Office will not scan and give me a receipt even if I am the only one in the post office. Trenton NJ policy . How can they do this?
