i be so chill man you should just get so stoned you'll be fine yeah the thinking of the ideas in an instant is dope & just thinking a lot can have a bunch of clear formula ideas but like it's greater since you say it lol so. i can remember all the conversations i can think of man i'd rather not think about all of what i get haha but being like a person doesn't have to matter you know like you can just be cozy in yo room. there are some nice people but i'd rather ignore so many people lmao XD

I was like this for years, and I still experience it occasionally. I still haven't made any youtube videos of myself talking but I have tried. If only we had a little of that force that narcissists have. They seem unflappable even when talking complete shite. They can make hundreds of videos and never feel shame of the contents.

all channels should produce videos like This User
most of the attention invested into UA-cam is directed towards overproduced trash

This kind of video gave me nostalgia of the old days of youtube(2012-2011) and such, when videos were not as overstimulating, fast-paced, and heavily edited like today. It was a person talking normally to the computer or to a camera, recording gameplays without overreacting and exxagerating on the voice, and such. Genuine interaction, genuine recording.

10:27 What on earth did OsakaSyndrome mean by this?
(Genuinely really great video btw. I relate to a lot of this as well, albeit to a lesser extent)

Have you tried not looking at the screen? I know some people don't like it when the presenter isn't looking into the camera, doesn't bother me though.
Has anyone ever been so far as go want to do look more like?

Yes. Not looking at the camera does help me a fair bit. It's something I try not to do for the type of person you are describing.
I'm not sure, tbh. There might have been but I don't remember.

Also, I don't know which level of autism you have, if it's Aspergers like me or another, but,
when it comes to dealing with anxiety and avoiding panic outbursts and anxiety attacks, meditation everyday when you wake up (not guided meditation, but diaphragmatic breathing, focusing on the air entering and leaving the nose or the tip of the mouth), may help a little. And then trying to get used to do this breathing during the day even when you're not really meditating. It may help. I think it worked(for me at least) more than therapies.
(At least it helped me sometimes on the weeks and times when I actually sticked to the practice. Of course I still experience high levels of anxiety when I'm not okay with myself, anxiety condition)
But don't know if it works for these sensory overloads you said.
