like veteran of death korps , you could build 10 troopers but there're more options. Lots of heads,arms and weapon for conversion with loyalists guard.

Good video. I think if I played Kill Team I'd need to buy another box of them when they eventually are sold separately. I personally don't like combing roles onto one model.

i bought the cadian command squad, it has all the parts to build all options you miss out on, just need a tiny bit of chaosification
I always buy two boxes for that exact reason. But... Im just now getting this one. Since its been out for a while a little harder to find from my preferred sources.
As far as the phobos goes, not sure. Not to enthused about those. Ive got a moroch box coming.
So im using the guardsmen from blackstone fortress for my extras.

I ended up using some bodies from Necromunda Cawdor and Escher sprues so I could make a full roster.

Also, I think if you have the set for the veteran kriegsmen it's very easy to proxy a few from there to do the complete roster here, at least to get the extra 4 troopers.

These are a great set of minis, good fun for Kill Team!
I watched someone put the plasma gun and melta gun on the back pack of two of the guys, so you can build it with some options. that's what I'm going to do with it as well.
That works great, I did that with my Krieg minis.

Nice, they will be perfect as troopers or combo all of them for 40k.
I always build the flamer if possible. I like painting them is the only reason. Never think about if it is better for game play. I build and paint way more than play anyways.
Flamers are often fun to play in close quarter skirmish games and they definitely look cool!
I think almost all the weapon options (maybe except for some leader load outs) are generally good and depend on the situation. I'm one of the persons who'd like to have great flexibility.
Also, when playing narrative campaigns and you "find" a relic option of an underwhelming weapon --> awesome.
I use these guys for Kill Team as well as Stargrave (a crew of brutal war criminals leftover from the great war), and as Raiders in This Is Not A Test. I think they'd work well in Zona Alfa as well for a group of mercs or raiders.
Perfect for mini agnostic games.

Do you have instructions on removing hands and such from the heavy weapons for the Krieg kits, and by extension, the Blooded kits?
I'm really new to kill team and 40k, so excuse me if this is a dumb question, but can I buy a separate box of these guys?
I don't like how you can't build one of each option.
They usually release the kill teams separately a little while after the box sets.
Could I build all of the blooded if I have the Chaos guardsmen from Blackstone fortress as well?
Looking at this again, is it possible to make a Chieftain and a Corpseman? Since you have to have a chieftain, is it actually possible to use a Corpsman without buying another set?

I read you can use these guys as renegades in the small booklet you get with the small blooded set but doesn’t specify what units I can take. I’m automatically assuming 2 heavy weapons, plus normal traitor guard. Anyone got any advice before I start building :)

Yeah should be. I used beakies from other sets, though.

This box was really meh. Comparing those traitor guard to the ones in the original blackstone box. Poses look exactly the same for a few of them.
I'll be using these with the BSF models for 40k too.
