I like the flex room next to the main area of the house because it is a nice space for kids to have a play area, close to the kitchen while you're cooking and next to the family room. I would just add a couple of french doors to have the option of closing it off as an easy signal when it is not play time, for guests, etc.
My husband and I bought this home back in March. We’re a few weeks away from closing and we couldn’t be happier! We chose the flex space in the front and can’t wait to get in there ❤️
This home is FANTASTIC!!! One of my favorites!!! Honestly, I would probably leave it as is, using one bedroom as my office...There seems to be a lot of sunlight and a more open feel as it is...We love ya too😃😃😃

Hi Amy, you really do a beautiful job walking through the model homes. I love how you ensure you are showcasing the best features of the home. I would keep the flex room where it is. So many of these models have the foyer as a shutgun/tunnel plan, the flex room gives it a more open feel and look. Thank you for doing these videos. I am really learning a lot about what is available in the Orlando area.
I've rather put the flex space towards the front for office space. Nice color scheme too. That burnt orange hug pillows in the master is my favorite color.
Hey Amy. Cyd and V tuning in. 1 bathroom serving 2 bedrooms upfront so the bath with 2 sinks fab. I would want the flex space up front as a partial office/den with TV and need a half bath somewhere. Like the trim work in the primary minus the wallpaper. Love the tone of the backsplash , counters and floor. Nice home.
@@terrismith4622 Davenport has a LOT of new home construction... but you should always make sure whether the community is zoned for short term rental or not. Lots of really nice properties, but you have to know whether you want to have new neighbors every week.

The truth is that it depends on which part of kissimmee and what you are looking for. There are LOTS of great residential areas though not as much new construction. And if you want to be near all of the excitement, it is a pretty good place to be!
I really like this model and layout as shown today. We'd use that flex space for a library of sorts. And I'd want to nix the primary tub for a larger shower! :) Thanks Amy and Eric! Xoxo

Lovely home but I can't get over that high, little HVAC door. It ruins the look and it seems that's what this builder does.

A lot of the brand new construction has moved a little bit east of Boggy Creek, more toward Lake Nona.
