I feel like the title was a bit misleading, I thought this was going to be a raw glute focused workout but then u did some upper body and focused mainly on quads so I got a little confused, maybe the title could’ve been how u finally got your full body to grow or “the updated guide for muscle growth” but otherwise, loved the exercises💕
I've been following you for a number of years, purchased the app 18 months ago, and I to say I am loving the changes made to the app. Thank you for being an honest and inspirational person. From a person who is 49 years young, I have found your workouts to hit the spot, and I look better in than I did in my 30s, even though I don't do cardio that involves running/bike, I atick to walking. Thanks for this workout! Just want say that I really don't like to start with the most heavy set because I don't know what is my energy level in that day and how much weight I can handle.
You should try to start with your compound movements first then accessory workouts after. Compounds are usually the most heavy. If you don’t feel ready you might need to warm up longer

Hi Hanna, a pleasure to salute you! You mentioned to have 3 sessions per week however, if we keep the 48 hours recovery period advised by professionals in order to give room to the muscles to recover and therefore grow, there will be week where only 2 sessions will take place. For example: Monday, Thursday and Sunday, the following week would have to be Wednesday and Saturday. Basically what I am saying is that only every other week you can have weeks where the lower train is worked 3 times a week. Does it make sense?
The recovery period is specific to the muscle group worked. There are many different splits. This is a three day split that still incorporates those 48 hours interspersed between the muscle groups worked. Within five day splits, There is: shoulders, legs, back, arms, cardio, then 2 rest days split. There in all of those muscle groups get a rest and there is the additional 48 hours overall recovery. Then there is the traditional push pull developed into a five day split: upper body, lower body, rest, push, pull, legs, rest. Both have the 48 hour recovery period. Jeff Nippard has some really good expert, paper-backed videos on strength conditioning and programming. I don't think Hanna is having people work their lower body three days back to back because she did mention biceps
between 48-72h between each leg day is ideal. She means a 3 day lower body split. Obviously you can train other muscle groups (upper body) in between this time to go more than 3 times a week
You look stunning as always! And this was great video but I have couple comments: Sound could be lower in the parts where you are doing the excersices. It sounded much louder than talking parts of the video. It would be more plesent to watch if I don't have to switch my volume. Also the title and text on the thumbnail are a little misleading compared to the actual content.

I have been following you since 2019 but finally bought the app and done with shred 2 and now shred and shape. Will I start to see any changes in my body? I am definitely in calorie deficit with protein intake high. Pls lmk
What i love about Hanna is that she dosen`t claim, that you will look like her if you follow, her diet and workout plan "do this and this and you will look like me", you can follow her glutes and quads routine, and STILL not have a huge ass and huge quads like her, it is all about genetics she has awesome, genetics but one thing i have noticed is that, her arms and shoulders are way to small, compared to her lower body but again it is all about genetics.
Your before and after pose is very different. If you posed the exact same as from the before pose, your glutes are exactly the same. I see no difference.
Exactly, i can’t trust some of these fitness influencers when they post their transformation when they chose a specific pose to create an illusion of volume, thickness, leanness…

She has stated that she has very stubborn glutes, and to be fair 3-5 months isn’t that long to see a huge noticeable difference . It will take longer than that to see a big change for some people. 😀

Hi Hanna would you recommend these exercises for a 55 year old. I’m 5’1 and 116 I’ve lost all my muscle mass due to getting older. I feel lousy and tired how can I get back to getting a little toned and feeling better… I’m getting a lot of muscle spasms as well….love your videos.
I’ve heard to do body recomp which is eating the same amount to maintain your weight, but just up the protein intake a ton. Paired with strength training and you will burn fat and gain muscle to get a more toned look. You got this
Hi Glory, I'm a 61yr old woman, and 8mths ago I started recomping my body. I walk my dogs 1 hrs every morning, they're only small so steady pace, but not too fast. Then I go home and have breakfast and 1.5hrs later I go to the gym and lift weights for 1-1.5hrs. I used to do sets of 15 reps, but recently upped the weight so as long as I can get 10 reps, I'm happy. This I do 5 times week, split routine. In 8 months I've lost 41lb and gained muscle. Have omitted all the stuff you know is crap from my diet, and upped protein. Replaced bread with 2 Ryvitas per day. Alcohol only on special occasions, no drinking at home. Feel great. Look better than I have for 25yrs.
im a paid subscriber and the app hasnt worked for the past two days despite all troubleshoot attempts I think paying 56/tri monthly is more than enough to warrant some frustration with quality 😢

Any advice for slimming the glutes? My wife does not want the "big rump" quarter horse look, but rather a tighter slimmer glute area?
Question: I know that at the gym it is good to have consistent exercises but what is best way to incorporate new exercises and shed the old?
