- Slower on this one then I would've liked, but had time to finish it out now that bigger projects are done. IT'S TIME TO FINALLY START GETTING TO THE GOOD STUFF NOW THOUGH! Koike Tomoya (better known as Ike-P) joins the fray ready to light up the world with his burning spirit. This is...almost undeniably a massive upgrade from his party member form, who was already pretty good (if we leave out how horrid his accuracy is). More on that in the video and the pinned comment though!

Well, there's actually not much else to cover. He's good. *Really* good. Guard break from Soul Beat Shot can be consistently follow-up with Stylish Fire for some great damage. Spotlight's accuracy debuff makes it really tempting to use, but with how inconsistent *and* inaccurate it is you're almost guaranteed better off without it. Admittedly finding opportunities to throw in Go-To Laser was a bit of a challenge, but it's doable. That aside, machine gun volleys wreck absolutely anything and everything unfortunate enough to be caught in his sights. The tracking on them is ridiculous too, which makes juking them impossible. Rock N Roll rampage demolishes everything, with the most devastation being dealt if you're next to him when he does his flip kicks. It practically gives you a reset of the board as pretty much anything caught by it will get staggered and risk broken, allowing for easy clean up after. Ike-P is just surprisingly strong and ridiculous all around while simultaneously being simple and straight forward to utilize. You can't go wrong with him. He likely easily snatches a top 2 spot on a ranking list, only being outclassed by Stork. I won't rule out any of our remaining candidates just yet though, as we all know we have some VERY strong contenders coming up soon

Oh man. I never thought of him as being a particularly difficult boss so it's wild to see he's one of the strongest when he's playable.
It surprised me too, I figured he'd be at least good just not THIS good. You never see the full extent of his firepower since I imagine everyone just about always counters his shot attacks. Those things will melt you in a second even on lower difficulties if you let them go off though. Rock N Roll Rampage is also basically guaranteed death to any party member unfortunate enough not to guard against it. In a way it's kind of heart warming to see he's this effective given the work he puts into being a cool dude
There's still a chance some of our remaining bosses *could* outpace him but from my memory of using them initially I don't find it likely. His DPS is just way too absurd and accuracy debuffs on top of a massive evade stat make him super hard for anyone to hit most of the time.

His party member's ultimate is like a weaker version of it which is nice. Even still, it indeed doesnt compare to the real thing. My favorite boss ultimate in this game definitely has to be Shadow Knife's though, and it should've been his party ult instead of just recycling Izuru's. Dawn of Justice is really badass
I feel like Boss Ike-P would work great with Izuru (Unironically) and SK. Letting those 2 just have free reign with all the risk they can have is crazy.
Other bosses crank risk too but I don't think anyone (from memory) does it better than he does. He's just the most solid overall boss in the game given his only *real* weakness is having his SMG attacks countered...which no enemy is capable of doing besides certain GHC member bosses.
Also I know you're secretly looking forward to the SK episode, he's next finally so don't worry lmao. Honestly despite Ike-P having the overall best boss ult I think SK's has a contender of being the most damaging because Dawn of Justice is crazy
Since YT didn't like my previous comment i will say it again in a more friendly way : i'm glad the lovely beautiful ladies had a great time with Koike's SMG i was hoping to see that ever since i saw their gorgeous scenes in the anime 🙃
