Debbie crying, losing her sanity for 5 episodes and filled with depressed. She finally gets past and over her husband, but at the same time.... omni man decides he misses his wife.🤦♂️It seems a viltrimite's emotions progress is as slow as their aging.
They don't have emotions. They aren't raised with it. Omni man is hundreds of years old with that same mentality then spent 20 yrs on earth and was ready to end it.
Of course it's easy for us because we grow with our emotions since we are born and learn to get used to it. Omni man getting hit with it in a span of days of course it's difficult 😂

Nolan is now someone who can feel empathy. You gotta love this
He was struggling with that during the Season 1 finale. He was just in heavy denial.
And even during his breakdown when he was choking Mark during the Flaxxan massacre, He wanted a valid reason as to why He is having these feelings about these low life people, and Mark’s simple response was”This is how you should’ve felt in Earth” and with that Nolan got his answer somewhat!
They did a phenomenal job showing Nolan's inner struggle, to the point where his speech is more about him trying to convince himself than anyone else. Everything he did is monstrous, and he's right to feel that he can't be forgiven, but the audience can at least understand his struggle and pain.

Just want to appreciate JK Simmons phenomenal voice acting. So many complex emotions delivered so effectively. I don't have to look at the visuals to feel all of it.

The only downside of the show actively making Omni-Man visibly regret and question things early on is that the wife line doesn't carry the same level of impact.
Thraxans made him go through what he claimed Mark would go through in about a year of what would have taken Mark centuries.Nolan is more human than he'd like to admit.
