Black shadows just take forever. Whitney always uses black in every look. Some people can just pull off darker eye looks. Wow, you are so close on 2 of those shadows in the MAC palette. Hooray for new pan in the Juvia's Place palette!!
If you want to clear out stuff, I would keep working on at least the z pallet, make some room so you could move the last few eyeshadows from other pallets into it, and get rid of the bulk? Also, you might as well work through the shimmer shades from Juvia's Place since I doubt you'll like them any better as they get older.
I like the idea of panning a z-pallet and I love watching others pan one. Especially as you can condens the last shades of multiple palettes in one and pan those which in turn makes you remove multiple pallettes out of your collection and make an effort to finish it. I really like how you have one pallet you focus and have multiple others as conpanion pallettes where you pan a few shades of so doing that too with one of the ones you gravitate too makes you happy and viewers like me happy (but I like watching pan that pallet in general and the person presenting it in a way that engages me like you do helps a lot)

Don’t forget that you can use your matte black as a great base for any really good duochrome or multichrome shades! You can even just use lighter shimmers to top it as well. Layering to alter shades is a great way to get use out of less than ideal colors or finishes.

It is interesting that, like you, I have returned to consuming more low-buy/no buy/conscious consumerism/using what you have content, to the point of creating my own playlist to go back to when I want a gentle reminder about not needing new makeup. If you decide to pan ND Mini Biba, I would join you but use one of the other minis (maybe nude or glam). Definitely not going to purchase a palette to pan…lol. I hope you have a wonderful day!

I would love a vanity pan and also a Biba pan that palette.
I'll watch no matter which way you go for next year,but my vote goes to the ND Triochrome.
