MAAAAN.. EARLY NINETIES WAS SUCH A GREAT TIME TO BE ALIVE.. WHEN METAL TRANSITIONED TO INDUSTRIAL AND MET UP WITH HOUSE AND HIP HOP AND IT ALL CONVERGED INTO SOMETHING NEW AND MAGICAL.. ELECTRONIC MUSIC WAS THE UNDERGROUND.. IT WAS DEF A SPECIAL TIME
Can anyone explain Peel Sessions to me? As a teen in the early 90s, I had to discover music through browsing used CDs at the local music store. I quickly leaned to recognize record labels (WaxTrax, Nettwerk, 4AD, SubPop, nothing, etc). MBM Psyche Out EP is still one of my favorite find. But I also learned to like anything that was a Peel Session. But being from the States, I don't know the history. I can Google it, but I'd rather hear from fellow music fans
14:34 - Soul Driver. Such an awesome track.
