    Just before prelims 2024, I was eating sprouts as snacks (not to be bored, I switched between chana {brown gram} and Moong). And I was actually feeling very energetic.
    So, this is a really good advise by you sir!

    Sir mene recently start kiya hai diet jaisa apne starting me btya ki energetic feel ni hota same mere sath bhi hota tha mene diet change ki hai kafi fark hua hai morning me 1,2 Banana ya koi bhi fruits beetroot affordable or acha options hai kala chana , egg , poha , suji ka chilla or resins soak krke overnight, ya chia seeds ye sab ache or affordable options hai I'm not nutritionist but i guess kisi ko help mile thori bhi or jab zayda bhook lgti then moong dal ki khichdi bhi acha option hai !

    Sir one video for sleep cycle issues too. Din me padhna chahte par neend aati...raat me padhne jao toh overthinking. Circadian cycle se sync hi nhi ho pa rha. Loop bann gaya, ab sulajh nhi rha.
