Sir mene recently start kiya hai diet jaisa apne starting me btya ki energetic feel ni hota same mere sath bhi hota tha mene diet change ki hai kafi fark hua hai morning me 1,2 Banana ya koi bhi fruits beetroot affordable or acha options hai kala chana , egg , poha , suji ka chilla or resins soak krke overnight, ya chia seeds ye sab ache or affordable options hai I'm not nutritionist but i guess kisi ko help mile thori bhi or jab zayda bhook lgti then moong dal ki khichdi bhi acha option hai !
