You are amazing
So it’s the opposite of Moana…..
“Don’t go near the water” -Moana
“Don’t go near the surface” -Luca

I mean don’t go near the surface is also Little mermaid
I love how all dads in Pixar movies have the bushiest mustaches and eyebrows with no eyes 😂
And they just raise their eyebrows when they serious
Not all dads
That's even in CWACOM
“This is just Italian Little Mermaid”
Disney:SILENZIO BRUNO
SILENZIO BRUNO
Disney: WHATS WRONG WITH YOU STUPIDO?!?!?!
@@broadwayev2414 lol 😂
They should make a top 10 most iconic lines in th movie. I watched it yesterday in Spanish and then i couldn't stop laughing.
I see Little Mermaid crossed a bit with Pinocchio.
For some reason I didn’t have high expectations for Luca, but it blew my expectations out of the water (pun kind of intended)
Paris = Ratatouille
Mexico = Coco
New York City = Soul
Italy = Luca
Colombia = Encanto
And many others!
Disney’s(or Pixar) exploring the world and it’s individual unique cultures!
They never gonna do one movie about my country :(
I'm from Brazil
@@rafaeltravi2297 don't worry, I thought the same for my country(Italy) and they made Luca, I hope one day they will make a film about Brazil
@@rafaeltravi2297 I mean they made Rio
but it ain't disney
Scotland in Brave
Sydney, Australia in Finding Nemo
San Francisco - Inside Out
While most of Pixar films try to look realistic,it’s refreshing that they’re going more for style in this one
The stars being anchovies reminded me of The Lion King (“they’re fireflies that got stuck in that big bluish black thing”)
Me too
Pixar 1995:What if Toys had feelings ?
Pixar 2001:What if Monsters had feelings ?
Pixar 2006:What if Cars had feelings ?
Pixar 2015:What if Feelings had feelings ?
Pixar 2021:What if Italians had feelings ?
You forgot 2017: What if Mexicans had feelings?
And 2020: What if African Americans had feelings?
So, why don't Alberto's feet become fish feet when he's running through water puddles barefoot?
Maybe the threshold for transformation is higher in the feet compared to the upper part of the body, that is a greater amount and prolonged exposure of water is required to convert the lower part of the body (feet) compared to the upper part of the body (head and hands). Just a theory.
Dad:Anything that swims
People who swims:Pardon me ?
Plot twist: the little fish in the post credits scene is Guiseppe’s lost buddy Enrico
Pixar just took a “fish out of water” story to a whole other level
Probably one of the best Disney movie that I’ve ever watched,no cap…..
I watched it a few hours ago
I feel sorry for you. This movie was ok. Nowhere near top 15
I couldn't help but think of how the rules of them being human as long as they don't get wet was very much like Aquamarine. Gosh I enjoyed this so much xD
Pixar:Makes a movie about an Italian version of The Little Mermaid
Me:[PIZZA TIME INTENSIBLES]
I was quoting and singing The Little Mermaid throughout the movie.
One of Pixar's original film in these years, with a twist of an Italian culture. Enrico Casarosa did an amazing job 🇮🇹💙
I loved this movie it’s amazing and cute

Yeah, it would be CRAZY

I’m so happy that animation is going back to being about stylization over realism.I really like these simplistic quirky character designs
Pixar Presents…..The Shape Of Call Me By Your Name
Silentzio Bruno! That Will stay with me forever, specially since i decides to learn italian. Thanks ms mojo, i hope Luca gets nominated for an Oscar.

No T in there
@@matilde_5 thanks Matilde.
7:00 He reminds me of the dad from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
Pixar has finally asked itself:“What if Italians had feelings ?”
They should ask: "What if animated characters had feeling". If you know what i mean.
Now Pixar they created their own movie of The Little Mermaid but in Italian version
It wasn't Oscar worthy, but it was rather cute.

I watched Luca on Disney + on Friday the visuals were so breathtaking and I really wanted pasta afterwards
“What’s wrong with you,stupido!”
That phrase is hilarious
I love it when they say that and the two Nonnas smack them with their purses and canes. 🤣
Luca is a great movie. It’s even better then Wall.E. 😎
Sorry Wall.E. 🥺
Luca look so cute when he is in the water
Pixar 2001:What if Monsters had feelings?
Pixar 2021:What if SEA Monsters had feelings ?
Actually it's What if Italians had feelings
Uncle Ugo is like my uncle Wally except Wally is Polish and I can't understand anything he says
Awesome i never see any mistakes as i don't pay attention 😂🤗

94: When I saw the movie when it was released on TV, I felt Ponyo and The Little Mermaid vibes in one
Normally when it comes to Disney film’s Easter eggs, I usually have an eagle eye out for them. But in the case with Luca, most of them flew over my head (except for the Finding Nemo post credits reference at the end).
165: Alberto: Silenico Bruno!
Bruno Madrigal: Uh, what?
In the end credit scene I’m pretty sure that little fish is the fish Luca was referring to in the beginning that ran away
This is probably the best animated movie of 2021
I really hope there is a sequel or some kind of series cus it seems like that kind of film
This movie was great
When I first watched it, I straightaway found A113 and 1200 Park Avenue, both in the same scene.
Seeing an Italian animated movie is amazing
This isn’t really a Easter egg,but did anyone realize that Luca couldn’t walk on land his first time out on the surface but his parents instantly did ?
Yeah. Maybe because they walked on land sometime before Luca was born
The whole movie I was waiting for that to be acknowledged
I love this movie. Watched it the afted day with my sister
I think it’s very good the animation is great and the characters are likeable (by the way in the smallest youtuber imaginable)
I surely missed Nicolo pitera. I loved this movie 🍿🎥❤️
Same
First “La Luna”,then this.Pixar’s really changing their animation style with this one :)
Same director.
My wife thought La Luna was part of Luca
THEY HAVE TOO MAKE A SECOND MOVIE BUT THIS TIME THE BOYS ARE ALL GROWN UP AND THEY SEE EACH OTHER FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HAVE FEELINGS FOR EACH OTHER
Jesus died for you was buried and rose again on the third day according to the scriptures.
If you confess with your mouth Jesus is lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved. please repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior.
I'll put it in my to-do list
Is something going on that you need to talk about?
Story great,
Characters great,
Animation great,
Plot great.
8:02-9:05 Actually there's a third easter egg too. The number of the train carriage that Giulia and Luca aboard is Pixar's address back in California.
Also, Giulia's design is kinda like Ivy Sundew from this little Disney show called Amphibia. And her shirt has the same colors as Phineas' from P&F.
You missed a big one. The villain tells the characters they should form a club for losers…..The losers club. Beep beep Luca
What if the villain in luca is actually skinner as a child
Everybody:Mermaid boys
Me:OCEANMAN
Not gonna lie when I first saw Ercole on his Vespa I thought he was gonna be a good guy.
the umbrella one is kind of bs.. its litterally just a blue umbrella
To the cat they should’ve whispered- *“You saw nothing”*
"Call me by your name" my brain: Lil Nas X is that you?
I actually watched The Blue Umbrella on cinemas. MU was actually my second time watching a Pixar film in theaters.
Gelsomina, the main character played by Giulietta Masina in La Strada, also crops up as the name of the first fishing boat in Luca.
I am Italian and this is such a great movie!!
Wow I never knew Disney Luca had so many Easter eggs most are really hard too spot
Luca will come and go. Be forgotten just like wall E, Oliver and company, fox and the hound, roger rabbit, sword in the stone, onward.
I was really excited for this movie cause my dad is from italy. I was born there in vico esque. Funfact: Mt. Vesuvius used to be part of the volcano Mt. Somma before it erupted. Somma is the Roman word for Summit, like the summit or crater of a volcano. Now look at my user name(which is my real name) and notice anything about my sir name?
luca cool like sonic luca is hero like sonic and luca speed like sonic and last not list luca speed and boost mode and got a chaos emerald like sonic have it to! 123
Just saw Luca last night. I did not notice any of these things. Great movie!
This is almost like finding nemo. Where like the parents goes out of water in search for their son
I guess I did miss the uncle ugo end scene but I didn’t miss the terry end scene from soul!
Using Marcello Mastroianni photo (from his Fellini days) and the comedy Big Deal on Madonna Street were pure genius. Mastroianni with moustache being the epitomy of cool, as he's got it glued onto the Vespa mirror
Guess who:

The Pinocchio one isn’t exactly a Disney reference though, more like a reference to the original story written by Collodi
I don't know if this important but the girl in this movie has some catchphrases relate to many kinds of cheese
very very great epic fun list I like it a lot very great job mis mojo one of my very favorite list ever ❤

Im trying to find Turning Red easter egg
I absolutely love the art directors style 💕
No references of Topolino (Mickey Mouse's Italian name) ?
Dunno
In Italian Topolino really just means “little mouse”
Deana has way to much makup
Pixar in 99999 AD:What if oxygen molecules had feelings ?
Ye man "somewhere"
Many Reference
Cool top 10
Nice movie
Fun Fact,The city is called Portorosso as a reference to Chibili’s Porco Rosso
It did not
It wasn't intentional
It has a Different origin
I think that is a variation from Monte Rosso, one of the "Cinque Terre" towns in Liguria that are a clear inspiration for this fictional town (that is probably drawn from photos of Vernazza and Riomaggiore)
you know is weird question but is do get about luca and giulia love story after this film
Doubtful. There were no romantic chemistry or feelings between those two.
Doubt it
I love the movie, but I hope it doesn't win at the Oscars
The character design looks like something DreamWorks or Sony would do to their characters. And my parents thought that it felt like watching a TV movie than a theatrically released movie
