Strength Training while Pregnant/Postpartum

    First time mama here and currently almost 2 months postpartum. I find it tricky just figuring out a new routine with a baby in my arms all the time let alone trying to squeeze in a quick workout. The only time I can think of is when she's sleeping but I'm also resting during this time because our sleep is not the best. Really considering getting back into SP especially for the camaraderie.
