I’m buying my first investment investment property this year. Its a lot of money but it’s worth it. I already have a home but I plan on buying like 3 more properties for the purpose of rental. Owing is great but you have to make sure that you have the resources and PLAN. It can be very expansive and the process can be tedious.
If you want to be happier, healthier and have more energy in life. Take action and define what motivates you to change and look at them every day. This is the reason I started my UA-cam channel. 💪✨

The word of God says in Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD(NIV) I encourage you guys not to tell young ppl you lived together first you can leave that part out. People, especially young ppl need to know that waiting to live together until after marriage is the best thing for them.. Too many ppl are playing house and that's not the right thing for them to do in my opinion
