If the ICAC operated the way it is intended there would not be a corrupt officer in NSW. This is a clear case of police corruption.

NSW cops are the finest cops that money can buy . It's a fact. Vic police come a close second runner they say... there's a lot of truth to this but in fact my experiences in the VIc land with the police have always been amiable.

I have met plenty of cops but not any woke ones in fact they all seemed pretty right wing and conservative.
What are the characteristics of a woke cop so I can identify one if I meet them?

I received a written apology from a New Zealand cop after I made a complaint of assault against him.
The incident occurred in 2020 and was covid related.
Not only did the cop attack me but he lied to my wife in an attempt to make me more compliant, threatening to arrest me for things that did not happen.
I spoke to his sergeant, but I would not let her on the property.
I said a written apology from him and it all goes away.
    I was adamant, but
I had no intention of following through as I did not need the grief.
I knew it was unlikely to get any traction.
It did take a year to gain complete use of my hand again, but under the circumstances I still consider it a minor victory.

This activity counts as extortion by the state... the person who spoke to you should have gone into a cop shop with a friend and or recorded the interchange on a telephone recorder - after asking for the LE Officer's police number so he could be identified in a prosecution. The best thing is a witness and photographic evidence. Then ICAC and the DPP will have to act .

    • @zionistsarecommunists8373
      @zionistsarecommunists8373 2 місяці тому

The DPP are corrupt as. I’ve even had a former one blatantly break 12 Laws, thrown out in appellant Court, and Judicial Commission did nothing. Not one person fired, fined, prosecuted, demoted. No apology or compensation for the tens of thousands I’ve lost, as well as time and anguish.
Extrajudicial proceedings are the only course of action.

Now file a second complaint about the bribery attempt. Keep making sure complaints get attached to their record. Also later follow up to get a copy of the personnel record to make sure there is a paper trail on file about the police officer.

I have had a lot of dealings with police over the years and there are good and bad cops and those that just get worn down by the system.
Corruption starts from the top and that’s in the State Parliament it just makes its way down to the rank and file in all government departments.

I am sure this video was me, i told this story couple weeks ago..
But on a different note, i was recently pulled over for no rego, simple mistake & i pulled in front of police so if i had known i wouldnt have pulled in front of them.. To my surprise the female officer said she would give me a warning & send a caution in the mail but a fine was sent instead.. I rang the fine place & she had mistakenly sent a fine instead of a caution & withdrew the fine saving me $550.. There are some good cops out there who should be acknowledged too....

'they' are beginning to realise that REGISTRATION is not Law and it is naught but Extortion making someone pay to use be the 'user' of their own private property; REGISTER you car, you are no longer the Owner, the state is; you are merely the user who is liable for all the 'charges' associated with operating it; many coppers are (now) aware that handing 'fines' to someone is a crime known as 'uttering a fraud' and 'conveying fraudulent document to obtain benefit'; those of us that are actively standing in our lawful rights and denying all the Extortion demands are slowly gaining traction.
