A TV series I'd like to recommend is "Anne with an E". It is set in a Canada in the late 1800s to early 1900s. It is adapted from the classic book series "Anne of green gables". It is a story about a 13 year old orphan girl who had an abusive childhood and get sent to live with two siblings in the small town of Avonlea. I would highly recommend you to watch it. is such a wonderful show witha great message!! :)
“These are some people who I never miss an upload from, I am there every time they post a new video and I’m excited, you know when you see them in your recommended that they’ve posted a new video, you’re like ‘yes!’” literally me with Nayna💛
i dislike it when you apologize for posting less content. nayna, you are only HUMAN, you deserve to take some time off. we all get caught up in our lives and its not something to apologize for. sending all the good vibes your way. isn't it a great time to be swiftie and alive? happy red month! ❤
Highly recommend Sea of Hope! It's a Korean variety show with the premise that 6 public figures (3 actors, 3 singers) open a bar near the sea side and offer customers food and drinks whilst providing them with music to escape their daily lives for a bit. Such a wholesome, healing show that feels like a true balm for the soul. The combo of seaside, beautiful music and creating connections feels very calming and gets you thinking about the important things in life. The cast also have a great family-like dynamic and banter that gives you all the happy vibes.
podcast recommendation - table manners!! it's a podcast hosted by jessie ware (the singer, I also recommend her music it's great disco vibes) and her mum lennie. they invite famous people over for dinner and chat about life & food, it's a really nice vibe, feels like you're sitting round the family dinner table !
The Midnight Library is AMAZING!! I just finished it two days ago. took me a while to get through the first half, but the second half is just... wow! I love
Nayna you look so gorgeous! Thanks for this video I really wanted to see winter favourites!! I was so happy to see RED on the recs I’ve listened to it all these past 4 days and listened to the 10 minute All Too We’ll like 113 times haha 😭🥰
I was just listening to your podcast yesterday and was wondering how YOUVE been :’) and I feel youuuuu I have a thesis due December 1st and it’s… a lot 😂🤎
Lion and About Time are some of my all-time fave movies too - I also highly recommend Room, Brooklyn and Little Women, I could watch all of those movies over and over and never get sick of them!
can't wait for the new podcast ep!! and thanks for all the recommendations, def 'll chech these out :D and u convinced me to finally pick up new Rooney!!
I've lately been obssessed with your podcast, i'm glad i have so many episodes to watch 🥰🥰 i think i never left a comment on your videos, but i love your vibe sooo much, you're truly inspiring and motivating ❤ love you

i love it when u talk about books - you always seem to have so great insight about things I hadn't even thought about when I read the same book!! would really love it if u created a goodreads account, ur my go-to Inso for new books to read haha
Bake Off is my ultimate comfort show, the vibes are just wholesome!! Films: Last Holiday, Wonder Shows: Young Royals (a bit intense at times but oh my god), Anne with an E
been busy & kind of sleeping on your videos lately - i come back after a few weeks and it turns out you've got a nose piercing!!! and it looks GORGEOUS on you!!!!!! it seems as if your face was made for it lol
I just found your podcast, and I've been loving it. Your voice is so calming, and it's just what I need to keep my day peaceful. Love your videos too! Such good content.
I was searching for something like this. I don't watch movies (one of the reasons is I wasn't allowed ) but now that I am 15 I wanted to make some change. and was looking for some movies to celebrate this cozy month
hi nayna! I feel like we have a similar taste in podcasts, so here are my recommendations (leaving aside the ones you probably know): -Maintenance Phase: two journalists who discuss different 'health myths' in every episode; they are really funny and I've learnt a lot about things that we think we know but when you go deeper they are actually not true? I'd recommend the episodes about Fatphobia and BMI. - Don't Blame Me: Fun, super chatty advice podcast (Melisa and Meghan just tell it straight as it is, brutal honesty but so entertaining); a good one to put on in the background when doing other things :) (similar to girls bathroom - but I find sophia and cinzia are sometimes a bit too kind haha) -Pretty Basic: with Alisha Marie and Remi Cruz - their youtube content isn't really up my street, but I think you might enjoy their podcast - just two friends talking about random stuff and they're both so sweet. (maybe similar vibe to High Low) hope you like some of them! recommending things is literally my favorite thing to do hehe. xx magali
Maybe 'Tay to Z' podcast would be something for you :) It's a podcast in which they discuss a different Taylor Swift song every episode in alphabetical order. Would definitely recommend for a fellow swiftie :)
Hey Nayna! I was wondering what kind of film you're using! I've been wanting to get into film but i found out film has gelatin in in so it's not vegan/vegetarian at all :( What do you do as a vegan? I feel like not that many people know about it not being vegan, so that's very sad!
so weird! i just bought three books and two of them are midnight library and such a fun age and i‘m on page 60 of midnight library!! thanks for your recommendations :) xx
I am gonna recommend 1 book and 1 series Book - The Last Hour by Minette Walters Series - Reign (this is such a underrated series, highly recommend it is just awesome)
honestly not sure how much overlap these will have w the audience here. but my trio of podcasts are growing w the flow (ofc), asianbossgirl, and popcorn culture. asianbossgirl is a trio of asian american women who address various things about their experiences as asian american women. popcorn culture is by two brothers who are part of fandom youtube. and they mostly shoot the shit and talk about their life experiences, stories they have, things going on in their life, various random topics and such
