    This was hard. Some of excesses i did with both hands. I couldn't do with only one, but i have the aim now😂❤

    This one was harder to follow as some moves I was looking away from the screen and didn’t realize it was a totally different move versus switching sides. I’ll have to try again to get better!

      Totally get it! Some workouts can be a little tricky at first. In this one, two exercises are done in a row with the same arm/leg before switching sides-definitely a bit of a curveball! 💪Give it another go, and you’ll nail the flow quickly😉
