Being so simple, I wonder what kind of hardware synth (I assume hardware) they could have used in the original. Seems almost like it could have been any, right? And it just further supports my amazement at how their music is what it is not by the things they used to make it but by the creativity of the writing and the feeling they imparted to it. They wrote with meaning in their hearts and it shows in the music. At least that is my thought. We should all strive for that and be so driven. Or just don't, and stay silent. There's enough crap out there and I'm guilty of some of it too. But that's just my evolving viewpoint. (Maybe also crap. 🙂)
Here is a link to the Serum preset in my presets folder. Just look for Serum folder in here and the Echus preset is the one. www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/zwb7wp1i6xyfs7odkurin/h?dl=0&rlkey=namklfss3liymvzxcn4cynh2n
Wooooooooo sick!!!! ❤️🔥
Thank you, Lars. Boards of Canada absolutely shine. Would be wonderful if you could also share Ableton experiments. :)
Thank you! I am using FL Studio (yeah, I'm one of those guys), but Ableton looks great and if I ever do switch to it I would share.
@@LarsLentz Hey man, no shame in using FL.
We need more experimental electronic artist using the platform, it's highly underrated for that.
Sounds great
Is this Serum patch as simple as it looks? No modulations?
Yes it is. I was surprised at how simple it is.
