      @@SuitedUp2The9s were all these runs on the 034 Tcu tune? just raised the launch rpm?

      @@rafaelbatu7525 yes all on the 034 TCU. I raised the stall up and did one launch with it settling on the stall and the other 2 were using the upswing method I describe in my how to launch the ZF8 video👍😃

      @@SuitedUp2The9s awesome! Thank you! I just was asking because you got no wheel spin and I tend to get wheelspin on the 034 tune if I raise the stall rpms but im on street tires.
      From logging it looks like the 034 tcu tune launches with bypass fully closed so full boost at stall where if I run the Berk Tcu tune with same 034 Ecu tune it will open bypass slightly and launch with about 10psi less boost but it eliminates my wheel spin even at 3k rpm with that slight difference. Just something I noticed and passing along if you didnt look at logs side by side.

      @@rafaelbatu7525 yeah I definitely have looked at it side by side and compared 60ft launches of mine on how effective I can upswing. So that my bypass stays closed and never opens until I lift at the end of the 1/4. I don't even bother trying for good 60' on street tires for that reason, there's so much tq there I pretty much keep it to the drag strip now with the hoosiers.
      I haven't logged my hp tuners tcu against 034s to see that. I really only stall launch it if I forget to raise the stall up before I launch. I've found I can get much better 60' by upswinging. Good info about that the side to side logs 👍 that 10lbs less is a big difference in hp/tq so it definitely explains why you don't spin then.

    Goals! Why didn't you use 17" wheels?

    • @SuitedUp2The9s
      @SuitedUp2The9s  2 роки тому

      17s didn't fit my brakes, particularly my calipers. Not without 20mm spacers anyways.

      @@SuitedUp2The9s 17s fit under my A7 with the 356 mm rotor, assuming the a6 brakes are the same. Did a test fit today of random 17s I had in the garage. The only thing stopping it from working was the front wheel weight near the face but nothing a 5 mm spacer couldn't fix. The caliper has a cutout in it to help with the clearance needed for the wheel weight.

      @@andyrizzle7637 I tried my friends Konig Hypergram 17" and I needed a 20mm spacer to get it to clear. I'm sure it would clear other 17" like you said. I also am being picky on which 17" wheels, looking for as light as reasonably possible.
