- Restoration of the damaged bugatti EB110 GT from 1991 when the company was liquidated. The car has a 60-valve, 3,5L quad-turbocharged V12 engine fed through 12 individual throttle bodies. This older model in 1/18 scale made in Italy was not rusty. It was only neglected, damaged and slightly oxidized in some parts. Interior details have also been repaired. 8:40 the biggest difference between 1/18 and 1/24 are the screws fitting the door panel, in the 1/24 one the mechanism is a simply soldered zamak tube, that drives you mad if flexed

I have a Maisto version of the 1:18 EB110 GT bought by me in the mid 90s, only difference beyond the underside branding is the number plate (“EB 110” on mine). Your end result is certainly better than my preserved original.
Edit: corrected, my interior is grey.
I have the Eb 110 lemans version 1/18 and bburago really made some of the great models

When i was a kid, i'd do this with Revell model cars, buy them, put them together and heat up the plastic to crash it and then cut off the smashed parts to fix like a body shop.
