I think the voice actor is one of the Devs but they just changed the tone and pitch to match that of a child. Very easy to do with editing. I'm not 100% sure but I tried looking up voice actor for Mono and found nothing credited.

honestly, props to the voice actor. mono doesn’t say a single word other than “hey” and yet there’s emotion behind every single clip. the desperation in his falling screams and yells to six, the genuine fear in his struggling noises...it’s incredible.

He saves six countless times, gets betrayed, and tries to stop his younger self... but his younger self will always be stronger than his future self where some of his power was taken away and where he was manipulated by the tower for most of his life, which can cause a great deal of harm to your mind and physical body.
Its sad that we dont get to hear his normal voice . You can tell that the voices in here are him changing his voice to eathir sound more quiet or more loud. I wish we could here his voice when he's not feeling any really strong emotions or trying to change it .

He saves six countless times, gets betrayed, and tries to stop his younger self... but his younger self will always be stronger than his future self where some of his power was taken away and where he was manipulated by the tower for most of his life, which can cause a great deal of harm to your mind and physical body.
