Amazing review! I'm a little torn on this one since it costs so much more than the others in the series for some reason, but your review has me wanting it anyway!
@@vancyhobbies I already pre ordered him. He releases this month !!

GG on the panel lines! I generally avoid it on my gundams but I think due to the proportions of this kit and the original anime style, I'll do it on mine as well once I get my hands on it!
@@vancyhobbies You can call it a fusion of the two machine digimon rookies, Hagurumon and Kokuwamon. It has the round gear head but since it's a fusion of the two, divide the sprockets by half, and it has Kokuwamon's mouth.
Mine had an unfortunate occurrence where the one peg on it's abdomen that attaches it to the entire top half of the chest snapped off. I glued the peg back on and it seems to be holding, but now I'm afraid to touch it.
I was actually disappointed that they didn't use the key'd joint locks outside of the torso and the really long posts that attach the cannon's to the backpack. That seems like the perfect easy solution for parts coming off too easy, just make it so you have to twist the bicep to face backwards for it to pop off. They did that for the butterfly joints internally
This was a really fun kit. I built the Wargreymon Amplified as well. Awesome kit but he's a bit shaky in the legs. He stands freely. I just have to balance him a bit.
The action base 4 is compatible with this kit and both the scale you mentioned. This specifically needs the ACB-4B connector that comes with the action base 4. Hope that answers your question.
I hate this. Not because it's bad or anything, on the contrary, this thing is so huge and has so much mechanical detail and panel lines, that I actually feel overwhelmed and intimidated by this thing, no joke Also I feel the neck is kinda long ngl
I WANT THIS GUY SO MUCH HE LOOKS INCREDIBLE!!!

I think you only missed the Hagurumon waist where the wires are coming in and out of.

Oh dear 😕 if you want to make the connection stronger, pin the peg with a paper clip.
It's a pretty good build and has the stiffness to stand on his own.
I agree, a bit of a balancing act but it definitely support its own big boy body.

Probably done for cost cutting and didn't want to overly invest into the engineering.
It's the BIG BOIIIIU
What’s the height of the figurine?
I really hope we get metal seadramon
O yes and make it HUGE

It's a good digimon have such big feet, helps with the balance lol
@@vancyhobbies 🤣 I could say that about myself as well 🤣🤣
@@bogrot69 hells ya big feet gang
@@vancyhobbies 🤣
How did you fix the issue of the arms coming off?
I jammed a little blue tac in the sockets, they are also easy to clean out if you ever want to paint the kit.
If you think he's cool, you should see the metalgraymon they're making It even uses the arm and chest for continuity
Ya I saw, can't wait!
Probably an individual model kit problem, because the joints and articulation on mine are anything but weak or loose.
Well that's good to know those issues aren't widespread. Love the kit.
What's the diameter of this finished build? I want to get display case for it
@@vancyhobbies Thanks 👍
do you know which action base 4 this kit uses? 1/100 or 1/144?

Ya the proportion is a little off, but bandai did a real good job in this design.
i hate the model kit Knee design, the original Andromon metal skull dont have eye brows or even lower jaw
