    डॉक्टर साहब, मेरे भैया को हार्ट अटैक आया था, हॉस्पिटल मे ऑडिमिट कराया, वहाँ पता चला कि उनकी किडनी 50% डिमेज है!
    इस कारण से उनकी अंगियोग्राफी भी नहीं हो पा रही, अब क्या करें, समझ नहीं आप रहा, हर समय डर लगा रहता है, कि अटैक, ना आ जाय, कैसे पता लग सकता है कि कितना ब्लॉकज है, प्ल्ज़ हेल्प करो 😢😢

    Dr.Mai prediabitic hoo 2 saal se Dr se ya family members se bolo to kahte hai koi nahi..waight bhi bahut badh gaya 2 saal me 25 kg.& 1 saal se high BP bhi hai..par koi Manta hi nahi kahte hai normal hai...ab aapki video bheji hai sabko..

    Nicely explained doc. But do stress on excessive carb intake too. People tend to eat too many carbs, especially in a vegetarian diet. The diet should contain larder amounts of vegetables, proteins and good fats

    Sir it because the cell doesn't respond to insulin harmone due to accumulation fat inside the muscle cell called intra-myo-cellular-lipid...
