Stress and anxiety may be the silent killer with unstable blood pressure . Sudden rise in bp at mid age 40 yrs may be cause of sudden death. It might be modern lifestyle diseases and period of rest should be increased daily and 2 days holiday weekly is very important for doctors of modern medical practice. It's just my opinion Tks.
