Glad to see you preaching the good word of the redesigned Northstar! They're really good engines, they just need love. (and not skimping on routine maintenance). I'd be tempted but I've got nowhere to put a regular Deville, never mind a limo lol

Ohhh Randy!!!! You got a C5 FRC! That is definitely worthy of some love..they’re the predecessor to the zo6 and worth more than a base vette and wayyy more desirable! Nice work!
Suggestion: Considering the kind of work you do and the need for your hands to be free, maybe consider buying a Head-Cam setup. They are pretty inexpensive but most are camera brand/type specific. You can wear them directly on your head or over a ball cap. That leaves your hands free for whatever you're trying to do!
I have had five Cadillac from 1991 I think, to 1998 all of them had the north star engine and I never had a problem with the head bolts, wouldn’t hesitate to by another one.
The best Cadillac is the 4.9. i had one with 350 k miles on the same motor and transmission. Sold it, and the guy still drives it daily. Sedan DeVille.

I bet you can duplicolor vinyl paint that door panel to match that interior. Not sure about the leather maybe it can be transferred from the original.

Every one of these should have just had this type of front bench seating like this limo. Most did but with DTS floor shift seemed more popular.

i had a 1998 one of these, they are the hearst. i loved mine! i daily drove it for many years, i ran Dell service calls in that limo. i hated it died and i had to get rid of it. i would love to have another one. i like that this one has grey seat, mine was black on black. the last 2 years i drove it, i had no a/c, and the last year, we had 3 months of consecative over 100 degrees each day, driving it all day running service calls. it was BAD hot. the last year i had no heat, and that year, we have 20 degree nights, which is is unusual here in SC. i do miss it, and watching the limo video video brings back those memories! thanks. if i could buy this one, i would in a heartbeat!

The motorcycle is heavy when stationary. But as soon as you start rolling, you don't notice it. So much more comfortable than your Harley. But you never have time to drive and enjoy. Maybe when you retire. Now it's just buy and sell, buy and sell…. Whatever you promise and say, we know!😎👍

The first funeral home I worked had early north star limos and they both were horrible. I do like the body styles because they were comfortable. The newer Cadillac hearses and limos are too small and are like getting in and out of a bath tub.

It's a nice bike. I've had nibble fast bikes and I per comfort these days. I don't cramp when I ride a cruiser with forward pegs which is nice. Double leg cramp really hurts.

If I could buy this car I’d personally put some horns on the hood tint all the windows out the flag poles in the hood wrap it camo with some cool chrome wheels and haul my friends around on Friday night for fun 😂

Door lock is working. You had the key on, the door won’t lock when the door is open and the key is on to prevent you from locking the keys in the car

Hello Randy. Working on the Cadillac Deville Lemosine. Fixing the window regulator and door panel on the drivers side and the blenddor motor for the drivers side. Replacing the knee bolster for the drivers side.
I would keep the bike. Having owned a similar bike, if you ever take a longer road trip, you will notice that you will be far less fatigued.
