well duh homemade cookies don't need them since they get eaten pretty quick or stored in a frige to preserve, mass produced foods need preservatives bc they know it takes a while for them to get off the shelves and even longer to actually be eaten
Also there not that bad some preservatives ain’t gonna kill you people in some places are drinking dirt water and would be happy to get food and would not care at all if there was preservatives
Also a tip the little Debbie has raisins in the cookie, I think they just absolutely obliterate it before adding it to the batter, a raisin paste I think, just adds that little extra oomph. (And no I don't think you can buy it just hopefully have a really good blender)
