Im not a hindi. in your video i understand is about scam. like a well known techie you faced it right ? .. what else person like me can suggest ??
one last thought, in which website in india give genuine price of electronics components or dev boards..
Cash on delivery is best, that company must take serious action against those.
For sellers, make a (proforma) invoice link on the main domain's, preferably after login/2FA with the customer phone/email
For Buyers, try to do a video call to with the seller, ask for an email from the actual domain of the company (can also be tricked if not checked properly).
Small orders, more vendors to reduce extend of loss.
What I do for my company is that, we never accept UPI payments for business transaction , at least for new party. And for new suppliers we send any small amount lets say Rs. 6.23/- to their account through net banking only. Now they have to confirm that small amount, also possible , ask the screenshot of payment received. So it works somewhat.

I live in Ireland and I buy on Banggood and AliExpress. I never got scammed and the odd occasion that a component did not work I always got a refund.

Use GST Portal's Invoice gneration system which will have unique QR code for all invoices
mere saath to amazon pe hua 35000/- amazon ke seller ne kiya paise to mujhe amazon ne wapas kar diye lekin police chahe to in sab ko aasani se track kr sakti hai kyuki transactions online hue thi lekin humari desh ke sarkari karamchari ko aaram krne se fursat mile to na.
Me bhi complain krne gaya tha lekin unhone kaha paise to vapis nai aayenge

sir one thing which can be done by purchaser should be to ask for cancelled cheque copy of the company , because sometime what can also happen is that though most people read bank details from invoice , but some employee of a particular company could change that to his / her different account in invoice .

Like one qr code can be added on the bills, on scan of that , bills details can be verified

I also got into this, i got call from mumbai, i lost 52k. Maine cyber me complaint wagera sab ki.....but nothing happened. But complaint ki wajah se account block kr diya gya tha uska....to uss bande ne direct call kiya mujhe....then he negotiate but usne paisa kabhi wapas nhi kiya ...

Same thing happened with me . They contacted me through telegram in name of house of electronics for raspberry pi . They sent an GST. I check on GST portal it was legit. They took payment to UPI. After everything they blocked off . I went for them due to raspberry pi itself
Everything was normal on GST portal the filing etc etc .. sad how they have become ruthless

I got scammed in 2020..just before lockdown. Bought from olx ,the scammer were from Kerala. They took some 2000 rs and said will do shipping.. they went silent immediately after that .i did FIR also but nothing happenned after that..
