Jonathan Bunney is a truly delightful individual and distinguished classical musician. He has bravely fought his way through illness and thoroughly deserved to win.
Bunney was an absolute blast in all the many episodes leading up to when he was finally chosen. Everyone expected it to be fun with Bunney competing but even Bunney surprised again, he owned the game, he made it The Bunney Show! The funniest 30 minutes in the history of "Deal or No Deal", and it feels SO right that after all his effort in cheering everyone up for so many shows, that he would get this richly rewarded by the banker! This episode is such a crowd pleaser. 😍
Noel summed it up at the end one of the most charismatic players in Deal's 11 year run okay it was an OBW (Outright Banker Win) like Leanne in the game before because he could've won the big one if he'd gone all the way can you imagine his reaction if he had won it jeez but 110k the 4th highest non 250k winner in 11 years and a place in Deal folklore secured what a result what a month January 2007 was in Deal history.
Bunney is hilarious. It's a shame he never got the recognition he deserved. The man has funny bones, just like me. He also appeared on the Weakest Link a year prior to this.
Plays DVD: Gets box 12 as last other box, swaps and wins 250k Plays in real life: Gets box 12 as last other box, deals it, swaps anyway and reveals 250k Biggest coincidence of mankind.
Consider also that he went against Psychic Sarah, who had drawn his greeting card with him having Box 5 on the table. That's why the audience gasped when he swapped. He chose to leave Box 12 until last. It gets even spookier when it so happens that the last two amounts on the board are the exact same two as when he played the DVD game -- £20,000 and £250,000.
One of the greatest and charsismatic players ever in bunny to play deal or no deal. Even though he didnt beat the banker he played a fantasic game and fully deserved to take home £110,000.
Because in the most transactional sense, he wasted another £140,000 pounds; by failing to hold his nerve he squandered the jackpot and his name is among many other male players who blew the opportunity by dealing and having the quarter-million in their box in the proveout.
It’s too much of a risk to take, for all he knew it could have gone south and he could have just been left with only £20,000. At the time the more sensible option was to deal on the £110,000

He deserved every penny of that 110,000 he earned it. He was my Fave ever contestant

Just for your info, 110k pounds is a rather low deal.
These are Yes but they're
@DeeDeeEn Just for _your_ info, 110k was actually above the fair deal for that board and not even close to a bad offer.

The bankers servant who is always loyal and humble and sings wins £110,000. Not a surprise :)
Even though Bunny missed the chance of being The 1st Male £250,000 Winner
How can you say he lost when he won £110,000

I can’t believe that Bunney didn’t carry on, he said it himself he knew that box 12 had the £250,000 in, so why didn’t he carry on?🐰
