When it gets properly mixed and mastered, it'll have about the same, if not more, limiting (and clipping and maximizing) on it. Another way you can tell is you can that most of the limiting is only being triggered by the heavy bass/808. All that will be addressed in the mix.
You need to line up label, marketing, and anything else to go alongside any new track release once you're at his level of influence. It takes time, and mastering a track to where you like it for an artist can take ages.

So we should not expect him to rush out a song like this again. I do not really know how this whole biz works but I think we can expect the album to be released when he is confident enough to know which songs to put on it and when there is a structured marketing plan that gets the album beyond the usual fanbase and people that already know and respect him and onto the mainstream market to make some profit.
