Watch the Travis v. Mcnair case and say that again. She had every right to be there questioning if she had doubt. Women lie, that a fact, and another woman would be the first to notice when something isn't right. If she had a reason to be suspicious it would be wrong for her to let her brother continue without finding out for sure.
I like the lady from the 1st case.. she knows what to say and how to defend herself she is confident and decent at the same time.

However sometimes that doesn’t even work and it continues and/or gets worse in which case I believe anyone would have a right to feel negatively towards said BM. Point is if the BM gives good reason to not like her you shouldn’t have to keep all opinions to yourself out of “respect” when she clearly doesn’t respect you, your relationship or anyone for that matter 🤷🏼♀️

1st case: I would never stand beside my brother and deny a child along with my brother regardless. I wasn't there when he laid down with a woman. Idk what that boy do. I can never stand in a Court and not know something but speak on it.

Not that you get that side with a good person is but no matter who the father would be or what the paternity is I'd say a woman who refuses to allow a paternity test to be done doesn't sound like a good person to me. There should be no reason to refuse to test in the first place that alone is enough to have doubt to order the test that she doesn't want to have one. That means The odds are that they're she didn't cheat or was with somebody else and that's what she's concerned about and even if he needs to follow like I said all that does is mean she was probably lucky in regards to what she was saying but the fact that she's denying wanting one already gives enough doubt to say hey she probably has a reason she doesn't want it being done otherwise you would want it being done to vindicate yourself and rub it in. So just cuz even if it comes out that he's the father she didn't want it done because there's a chance he wouldn't be and that alone is enough to show right there that she's not a good person according to you.
No one is innocent in these cases. They are playing with children’s lives like it’s recreation. So sad.

The sister in the first case was ridiculous. If you can’t defend what you stand on without lying then step off. The boy looks like him, his mom was with him at the birth, he made sure the baby had his middle AND last before he ultimately signed the birth certificate. He was trying to skate from his responsibilities and had the right fool by his side

Dude, I was a nurse and the state still helped me buy formula... Daycare was more than rent!! Ain't no shame needing WIC to make sure your child gets proper nutrition (and good thing I had access to that too, as she was allergic to normal formula and needed the one that cost double 🤮). The nerve of a jobless couple trying to cast judgment on a working mom... 🤨 He hasn't provided any proof that he got clean either, like he pointed out, she has to keep proving to the court that she's clean.
Exactly right! I always had great paying jobs in the financial sector in NYC but maternity leave also considered Short Term Disability only paid 60% of my salary. My baby needed the best nutrition & I turned to WIC. They were a tremendous help. This was waaay back when Nutramigen hit the shelves, my daughter was colic and oh sooop expensive. I'll always be grateful for it.

I think he only wanted full custody to use the baby as a means of getting a check, since he pointed out the mom get’s a check. The girlfriend needs to step down and be quiet; both unemployed but yet casting stones. They probably would have also petitioned to the court that mom needed to pay them child support if he would gain full custody. That way they can continue to not work.

You shouldn’t need “evidence” in order to have a test done. Just do it for peace of mind. Everyone should be entitled to a test. They should just do it at the hospital without even asking. It should be mandatory.

The father and her moved to another state, I hope they don't get custody of the baby. With the mother living in their original state, she may be lucky, and they will not visit the baby, but she will get some money to help with the baby. Not a nice father but I would not want him either.

That last case was actually so wild. The way they talked to the mother is very worrying for their future plans, especially the father's behaviour towards the end. Claiming jealousy, out of work because they moved and didn't want to see the mother's side of things when they were going to take a THREE MONTH OLD child swimming! And his girlfriend is a bit wild as well. Body shaming, talking in his ear a lot. I hope the mother soberity is still going on and the baby is safe.

The second case was so sad. Two dudes who genuinely want to be there for their children and just be happy. Both willing to step up regardless of the circumstances. That woman caused so much pain for both of them shame on her for putting them all in this heartbreaking situation as a result of her acting out of spite

Using the birth day to get the conception day is really inaccurate unless that baby came right on our around his due date. If I did that with my son's birthday, the conception week is way off, and in paternity court when you need specific dates to explain being intimate.

Right. Because I was induced at 38 weeks, the conception date from there wouldn't make sense and that could could a lot of unnecessary doubt and drama so I'm shocked the judge of paternity matters does it that way. Like when judge Lauren came up with the "conception date" she was like "well idk about those days but right after that" she was off probably by a good few days and he seemed to look even more doubtful given those dates. Just seemed inaccurate
I was like oh a Christmas (conception) baby since my brother was born on September 26th but then the calendar she pulled out said the first week in Jan...that was off.
I knew the date of conception because he was away for months either side. The doctors were more interested in my period. The baby was due Dec 8 & was taken 28th. I don't sleep around. He looked just like his father.
These young people need to communicate better. Especially the first case. The young man needs to tell his sister to be quiet and speak up for himself.

That third mom did something wrong. It was horrible of her to shoot up while pregnant. But she admitted her mistake and got cleaned up. If the state thought she was doing it again or that she was unfit they would have taken the child already. I don't believe the courts would award them custody just because she made a mistake than.
