It’s funny how these people say I grew up without a father I don’t want my child to do the same but then you do everything that goes against living that life
Because for some, it's just a comment because not having a father doesn't mean you didn't have a good mother or upbringing. I never met my dad, didn't mean my children wouldn't know theirs or have him in their life.

@@konye618 as a third-party I'd like to say that if a man says, "I don't want a paternity test", when the baby is born but when the going gets tough the tough decide they want a paternity test what then? Just like hospitals test type the blood of a new born (which technically IS a paternity test) there would be no skin off the noses of anyone to go ahead and have the DNA tested at birth. 🤷♀️

In the last case, the judge was trying really hard to put that guy down until she read "not the father". That's why the audience was almost screaming in shock. I don't think it's okay for the judge to put a defendant down like that.

Yeah, she reminded me of that german judge, Roland Friesler, from during WW2. All he did was put the defendants down. Only difference being, he sent almost everyone to death.

It's OK. I like how she actually lets people talk and present their case instead of rudely interrupting them nonstop like in people's court, but this judge is terrible with keeping her courtroom in order. People are always just yelling things out and arguing, making a lot of cases too annoying to watch.

The judge, the mother and her mother owe that young man in the third case a sincere apology. They should beg for forgiveness for dragging him through the mud before the DNA test even came out. I don’t understand why these women always get away with being held accountable for their actions.
I agree the mother of the child does owe a huge apology. Because she flat out lied that he was the only possible father. When there are at least 2 more going by her last statement of her having to find out who the father was. But everything else the judge said was true. He didn't take any steps in 2 years to determine if he was the father. And like he even said..if there is the possibility, then you treat it like he is. You don't let the child suffer. You just find out ASAP. He didn't do that. So he deserved the lecture. Even if in the end he isn't the father. He should have taken steps to figure it out earlier. And then if he was, be there for him fully.
The 3rd case, she probably didn’t notify her baby daddy that she was in labor and waited 24 hrs cuz she wanted to see who the baby look like is my theory 🤷♀️ 🤦♀️

@@blackieandfamily1722 his kid or not she shouldn’t have had him put on support with their state until AFTER they got the DNA results since she refused to let him be a dad in any way but giving her money. Yes he has the legal responsibility to pay, but she should’ve held out until THEY BOTH knew without a doubt that he was the father.

In order for her to put him on child support, the courts would have sent him a subpoena to appear to have a DNA test done so they could either prove or disprove his paternity. They would've both known for sure then. He obviously didn't make that appearance and was named the father by default, and that's on him.

Mandatory DNA tests performed at the time a baby is born will DEFINITELY assist in preventing the courts from being backlogged and will allow them to take other types of cases that’s equally important to be handled by the judicial system, such as domestic violence and child neglect cases.
Why wait? They can be done during pregnancy. Fetal cells are present in the mother's blood.
I may not know what I ate last Tuesday for dinner, but I knew who my children's father was. I'm outraged every time I see cases like the last one. Mandatory DNA testing should be done at birth!

I've never had to deal with child support but time and time again I hear the amount the state takes out of the man's check compared to the amount the mother receives doesn't add up. My conclusion: Not all the child support taken out goes to the child, the state must take out a percentage which is kinda sad because they aren't receiving that much money to begin with.
Here in the state of Missouri the child support paid goes to the state for the child's Medicaid if the parents don't have employment with health insurance. Then the mother receives the rest.

Soo...first. if the mother (or whoever the custodial parent is) has the child living in their home everyday, then there is the: expense of keeping a roof over the child's head; food in their mouth; clothes on their back; lights and heat; extracurricular activities and transportation to get them there. On average...? The non custodial parties pay 300-400 each month and rarely are fully participating in the life of the child.
Child Support is determined by how much both parents make. Then the parent with less of the care pays 18%, of his pay. But if that parent has more kids that 18% is split between the other kids. But what some females do is make up a father. By coming up with a fake name. Then finding a address mostly in a class higher like if she poor she'll find a address in a middle class area. Are she will, name a guy she know want appear in court like a criminal. Where the state will pay here.
If the child in on state/federal aid, the government will take their dues.

I really hate how men know it’s another man involved and is fine with it.
