Thank you my dear Deepak!!! There are 5 golden steps... and they will certainly be very useful and necessary for us!!! Give space for the observer to act in the experience. Stress and fear are actions of the ego, as we know. Presence brings us acceptance, involves us with confidence and fear is overcome, little by little, on the way. That's how I understand certain situations I experience. Controlling the stress caused by fear is difficult, but possible. 🙏❤️

Wow!! What a great post. I love the advice you gave people about how to deal with stress. It is fabulous, especially for people like me who have problems dealing with stress. I have seen a lot of UA-cam videos, created by psychologists, about strategies for dealing with anxiety, stress, PTSD, etc. Yours' is better than almost all of these.

I like the part where he says, if you’re stressed you’re trying too hard. That’s me!
This has been greatly helpful to me. I live with my mother and will live with her and care for her until her death. But she has a way to stress me out immensely at times. It is difficult to expect her to change and not stress me out. I will write these steps down and try to practice them. Thank you so much for sharing ❤🙏🏼

Then why is it so frightening to not know where you’re going. That scares me the most. I don’t trust that something bad won’t happen if I don’t “know where I’m headed” so I can take care of myself. Life long problem with this.
Trust
Tell your brains whenever sky is above and earth below ALL RIGHT
Tell your brains whenever breathing out aims your body towards world and breathing in aims world towards your body ALL RIGHT
Tell your brains to think positively for a strong blissful body in which brains are carried and nurtured and welcomed.
Watch your thinking and realize that pessimism is irrealistic. The pure notion of not is unreal and the body reacts by trying to get more irrealistic stuff like lessnesses instead of isnesses.
Here I love light and here I love shaddow.
Opposites are like breathing in and out.
All is precious. Each is precious.
Imagine you fill your shopping bag with all you do not need, do not love, do not wish here now!
World is filled with all. Teach your here and now to shop with bliss.
Life is kaleidoscope ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️😊🌼🌿🌼🌈🌈🌈
Be nurtured all ways!
Fear comes and goes. Beauty and change are in all knowables.
Imagine you fill your shopping bags with all which is not: not nice, not needed, not loved, not wanted ….
That is the only frightening about it.
Take from the plenty of what nurtures!
Leave for others what you name not yours: it is theirs!!!
Each is beauty. Each is precious. But not all is for your here now.
Leave aside your nots.
Brains of Judy, think pleasantly and realistically, think positively!!! Unless you weaken the body in which you are thinking! 😁😉
